Claims (8)
- (A) 규소 원자에 결합한 알케닐기를 1분자 중에 적어도 2개 가지는 오르가노폴리실록산,
(B) 규소 원자에 결합한 수소 원자를 1분자 중에 적어도 2개 가지는 오르가노하이드로젠폴리실록산,
(C) 백금히드로실릴화 촉매, 및
(D) 하기 식(1-1) 또는 (1-2)
[식 중, R1은 서로 독립적으로 치환되어 있어도 되고, 산소, 질소, 유황 및 인으로부터 선택되는 원자가 1개 또는 그 이상 개재하고 있어도 되는 탄소수 1~30의 1가 유기기, 및 하기 식(2)
(식 중, Y는 치환되어 있어도 되고, 산소, 질소, 유황 및 인으로부터 선택되는 원자가 1개 또는 그 이상 개재하고 있어도 되는 탄소수 1~30의 2가 유기기이다.)
으로 표시되는 유기기로부터 선택되는 1가 유기기이며, 또한 전체 R1 기 중 1~3개가 식(2)으로 표시되는 유기기이며,
X는 서로 독립적으로 산소 원자, 또는 치환되어 있어도 되고, 산소, 질소, 유황 및 인으로부터 선택되는 원자가 1개 또는 그 이상 개재하고 있어도 되는 탄소수 1~30의 2가 유기기이며, R1의 2개가 결합하여 가교기 Z가 되어 환 구조를 형성해도 된다(단, Z는 X와 동일한 의미이다.).
a는 0~3의 정수, c는 0~3의 정수, 또한 a+c는 3, b는 1~300의 정수이며, Zi는 -X-Si(R1)j(Zi+1)(3-j)으로 표시되는 기이다.
(식 중, i는 계층을 나타내고, i=1~10, j는 0~3의 정수이며, 전계층 중 적어도 1개의 j는 0 또는 1이며, 최하계층은 j=3이다.)]
으로 표시되는 화합물을 함유하는 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서, (A)성분이 하기 평균 조성식(3)
(식 중, R2는 동일 또는 이종의 알케닐기이며, R3은 동일 또는 이종의 알케닐기 이외의 규소 원자에 결합하는 유기기이다. d는 0<d≤3, e는 0≤e<3이며, 0<d+e≤3이다. 단, 1분자당 R2의 알케닐기를 적어도 2개를 가지도록 선택된다.)
으로 표시되는 오르가노폴리실록산이며, (B)성분이 하기 평균 조성식(4)
(식 중, R4는 동일 또는 이종의 규소 원자에 결합하는 수소 원자 이외의 유기기이며, 0<g<3, 0<h<3, 0<g+h≤3이다. 단, 1분자당 규소 원자에 결합하는 수소 원자를 적어도 2개를 가진다.)
으로 표시되는 오르가노하이드로젠폴리실록산인 것을 특징으로 하는 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 식(1-1)에 있어서, a가 0, 1 또는 2인 것을 특징으로 하는 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (1-1) 또는 (1-2)에 있어서, 전체 R1 기 중 1개가 식(2)으로 표시되는 유기기인 것을 특징으로 하는 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (1-1)에 있어서, R1의 2개가 결합하여 형성하는 가교기 Z가 산소 원자인 것을 특징으로 하는 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 식(1-1) 또는 (1-2)에 있어서, X가 산소 원자인 것을 특징으로 하는 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 식(2)에 있어서, Y가 탄소수 1~30의 2가 탄화수소기인 것을 특징으로 하는 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (D)성분의 배합량이 (C)성분에 있어서의 백금 1원자에 대하여 (D)성분의 식(2)으로 표시되는 기가 2~20당량이 되는 양인 것을 특징으로 하는 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물.
