Claims (23)
- 폴리카보네이트 및 화학식 I의 벤조푸라논 안정화제로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 첨가제를 포함하는 조성물.

R1, R2, R3, R4 및 R5 각각은 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, 하이드록시, C1-C25알킬, C2-C25알케닐, C2-C25알키닐, C7-C9페닐알킬, 페닐, C5-C8사이클로알킬, C1-C18알콕시, C1-C8알킬아민, 디(C1-C8알킬)아미노, C1-C25알카노일옥시, C1-C25알카노일아미노, C3-C25알케노일옥시 또는, 1 내지 3개의 -O-, -S-, -NH- 또는 -N(C1-C8알킬)-에 의해 차단된 C3-C25알카노일옥시이고, 여기서 C1-C25알킬, C2-C25알케닐, C2-C25알키닐, C7-C9페닐알킬, 페닐, C5-C8사이클로알킬, C1-C18알콕시, C1-C8알킬아민, 디(C1-C8알킬)아미노, C1-C25알카노일옥시, C1-C25알카노일아미노, C3-C25알케노일옥시 및 차단된 C3-C25알케노일옥시는 비치환되거나 할로겐, 하이드록시, 티올, 아미노, C1-C4알킬아미노, 디(C1-C4알킬)아미노 및 C1-C4알킬로부터 선택된 1 내지 3개의 기에 의해 치환됨] - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식에서

R5는 C1-C7알킬, 페닐, C1-C8알킬페닐, 3,5-디(C1-C8알킬)-4-하이드록시페닐 또는 C1-C8알킬(3,5-디(C1-C8알킬)-4-하이드록시페닐)인, 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 식에서 R1 및 R2는 수소이고 R3 및 R4는 C1-C8알킬인, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 식에서 R5는 C1-C4알킬, 페닐, C1-C4알킬페닐, 3,5-디(C1-C4알킬)-4-하이드록시페닐 또는 C1-C4알킬(3,5-디(C1-C4알킬)-4-하이드록시페닐인, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리카보네이트의 중량을 기준으로 약 10 중량 ppm 내지 약 1000 중량 ppm의 하나 이상의 벤조푸라논 안정화제를 포함하는, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리카보네이트의 중량을 기준으로 약 0.1 wt% 내지 약 7.0 wt%의 하나 이상의 벤조푸라논 안정화제를 포함하는, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 유기인 안정화제를 포함하는, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기 포스파이트 안정화제, 유기 포스포나이트 안정화제 및 유기 포스핀 안정화제로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 유기인 안정화제를 포함하는, 조성물.

- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 하나 이상의 벤조푸라논 안정화제 및 하나 이상의 유기인 안정화제를 포함하고, 여기서 하나 이상의 벤조푸라논 안정화제 대 하나 이상의 유기인 안정화제의 중량/중량 비는 약 0.05 내지 약 1.0인, 조성물.

- 제15항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 필름, 시트 또는 성형 물품을 제조하는 방법으로서, 상기 방법은 조성물을 용융 블렌딩하는 것을 포함하는, 방법.
- 열, 광 및 산소의 유해한 효과에 대해 폴리카보네이트를 안정화시키는 방법으로서, 상기 방법은 폴리카보네이트 안으로 제1항에 따른 화학식 I의 벤조푸라논 안정화제로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 첨가제를 함입하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
