Claims (10)
- 액체와 분체를 혼합하여 슬러리를 제조하는 혼합장치와, 상기 혼합장치에 분체를 공급하는 분체공급장치와, 분체용드라이박스를 가지며, 상기 분체공급장치의 개구부가 상기 분체용드라이박스에 수납되어 있는 슬러리제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분체공급장치는, 상측이 개구된 호퍼와, 상기 호퍼에 분체를 공급하는 피더를 가지며, 상기 호퍼의 개구부와 상기 피더의 분체배출구가 상기 분체용드라이박스에 수납되어 있는 슬러리제조장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 분체공급장치는, 상기 피더에 분체를 공급하는 피더호퍼를 가지며, 상기 피더호퍼의 공기배출구가 상기 분체용드라이박스에 접속되어 있는 슬러리제조장치. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합장치를 내부에 수납하는 본체용드라이박스를 갖는 슬러리제조장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 본체용드라이박스의 노점온도가, 상기 분체용드라이박스의 노점온도보다 높은 슬러리제조장치. - 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,
상기 본체용드라이박스의 내부에, 상기 혼합장치를 냉각하는 냉각장치가 수납되어 있는 슬러리제조장치. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합장치가 원심식 분산혼합펌프인 슬러리제조장치. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 슬러리가, 전고체전지의 제조에 이용되는 정극활물질층슬러리, 부극활물질슬러리, 또는 고체전해질슬러리인 슬러리제조장치. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 분체가, 황화물고체전해질을 함유하는 슬러리제조장치. - 슬러리제조장치의 운전방법으로서,
상기 슬러리제조장치는, 액체와 분체를 혼합하여 슬러리를 제조하는 혼합장치와, 상기 혼합장치에 분체를 공급하는 분체공급장치와, 분체용드라이박스와, 상기 혼합장치를 내부에 수납하는 본체용드라이박스를 가지며, 상기 분체공급장치의 개구부가 상기 분체용드라이박스에 수납되어 있고,
상기 분체공급장치로부터 상기 혼합장치에 분체를 공급하는 동안은, 상기 분체용드라이박스와 상기 본체용드라이박스의 양방을 운전하며,
상기 분체공급장치로부터 상기 혼합장치로의 분체의 공급이 완료되면, 상기 분체용드라이박스의 운전을 정지하고, 상기 본체용드라이박스의 운전을 행하는, 슬러리제조장치의 운전방법.
