상기 티올 화합물은 1개 이상 6개 이하의 상기 티올기를 포함한 광변환층 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 티올 화합물은 상기 광변환층 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 10 wt% 이상 40 wt% 이하로 포함된 광변환층 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 베이스 수지는 아크릴계 수지인 광변환층 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 광변환층 조성물 전체 중량을 기준으로,
상기 베이스 수지 20 wt% 이상 89 wt% 이하;
상기 양자점 1 wt% 이상 60 wt% 이하; 및

다관능 지환족 에폭시 수지, 노볼락 에폭시 수지, 및 실란 에폭시 수지 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 열경화제를 더 포함하는 광변환층 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
적어도 하나의 용매를 더 포함하고,
상기 적어도 하나의 용매는 비점이 100℃ 이상 180℃ 이하인 용매를 포함하는 광변환층 조성물. - 제 10항에 있어서,
상기 광변환층 조성물 전체 중량을 기준으로, 상기 적어도 하나의 용매는 50 wt% 이상 90 wt% 이하이고,
상기 광변환층 조성물 중 상기 베이스 수지, 상기 양자점, 및 상기 티올 화합물을 포함한 광변환층 조성물 고형분 전체 함량 100 wt%를 기준으로,
상기 베이스 수지 20 wt% 이상 89 wt% 이하;
상기 양자점 1 wt% 이상 60 wt% 이하; 및
상기 티올 화합물 10 wt% 이상 40 wt% 이하; 를 포함하는 광변환층 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
산란 입자를 더 포함하는 광변환층 조성물. - 매트릭스부;
상기 매트릭스부에 분산된 양자점; 및
하나의 분자에 적어도 하나의 티올기를 갖는 티올 화합물; 을 포함하는 광변환층. - 제 13항에 있어서,
상기 티올 화합물은 상기 광변환층의 전체 중량을 기준으로 10wt% 이상 40wt% 이하로 포함된 광변환층. - 제1 색광을 제공하는 광원부 및 상기 광원부 상에 배치된 광변환층을 포함하고,
상기 광변환층은
매트릭스부;
상기 제1 색광을 파장 변환하는 적어도 하나의 양자점; 및
적어도 하나의 티올기를 갖는 티올 화합물; 을 포함하는 전자 장치. - 제 16항에 있어서,
상기 티올 화합물은 1개 이상 6개 이하의 상기 티올기를 포함한 전자 장치. - 제 16항에 있어서,
상기 티올 화합물은 상기 광변환층의 전체 중량을 기준으로 10wt% 이상 40wt% 이하로 포함된 전자 장치. - 제 16항에 있어서,
상기 제1 색광은 청색광이고,
상기 양자점은
상기 제1 색광을 녹색광으로 변환하는 제1 양자점; 및
상기 제1 색광을 적색광으로 변환하는 제2 양자점; 을 포함하는 전자 장치.
