Claims (12)
- 통합형 안전 셀(integrated safety cell)을 갖는 대체 파워트레인(alternative powertrain)을 위한 승객용 자동차에 있어서,
상기 안전 셀은 더 낮은 강도의 에너지 흡수 영역에 의해 둘러싸인 1-셀 부스 유닛(one cell booth unit)으로서 보호하기 위하여 승객들뿐만 아니라 에너지원들을 위해 공유되고, 상기 자동차의 횡단 방향(cross direction)뿐만 아니라 높이 방향으로, 안전 셀 영역이 블록 상의 스프링처럼 작동하고 외부에 대해 상기 안전 셀을 둘러싸는 영역들이 압축 스프링처럼 작동하는 조합형 스프링 시스템처럼 안전 시스템이 작동하는 방식으로 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 대체 파워트레인을 위한 승객용 자동차. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 횡단 방향 및 상기 높이 방향에 더하여, 상기 자동차의 길이방향 측이 상기 안전 셀 영역이 상기 블록 상의 스프링처럼 작동하고 상기 안전 셀을 둘러싸는 영역들이 압축 스프링처럼 작동하는 조합형 스프링 시스템으로서 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 대체 파워트레인을 위한 승객용 자동차.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안전 셀은 상기 자동차의 전방 축과 후방 축 사이에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 대체 파워트레인을 위한 승객용 자동차.
- 제1항에 있어서, 엔진으로부터 상기 승객들을 분리하는, 바람직하게는 수평 배향으로 있는 격벽(bulkhead)들을 사용하여 상기 안전 셀이 적어도 2개의 내부 공간들로 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 대체 파워트레인을 위한 승객용 자동차.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안전 셀에 사용되는 재료들과 주위 부품들에 사용되는 재료들 사이의 항복 강도 비가 2.0 이상, 더 바람직하게는 2.5 ≤ rRP0.2 ≤ 3.5인 것을 특징으로 하는, 대체 파워트레인을 위한 승객용 자동차.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안전 셀은 항복 강도가 520 Mpa 이상, 더 바람직하게는 800 MPa 이상인 변형 경화(strain hardening) 오스테나이트 스테인리스강으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 대체 파워트레인을 위한 승객용 자동차.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안전 셀은 인장 강도가 1,200 Mpa 이상, 더 바람직하게는 2,200 MPa 이상인 프레스-경화가능 강(press-hardenable steel)으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 대체 파워트레인을 위한 승객용 자동차.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안전 셀을 둘러싸는 영역은 압축 스프링처럼 작동하는 충돌 흡수 요소들로서 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 대체 파워트레인을 위한 승객용 자동차.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 둘러싸는 영역은 스프링강, 더 바람직하게는 오스테나이트 스테인리스 스프링강으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 대체 파워트레인을 위한 승객용 자동차.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하부 차체 및 파워트레인-구성요소들을 둘러싸는 요소들이 스테인리스강으로, 더 바람직하게는 더 높은 내열성 및 내산성의 스테인리스강으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 대체 파워트레인을 위한 승객용 자동차.
- 제1항에 있어서, 차량이 승객들 및 에너지원들이 하나의 안전 셀 내에서 함께 보호되는 자율 주행 자동차, 택시, 버스 또는 밴(van)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 대체 파워트레인을 위한 승객용 자동차.
- 제1항에 있어서, 차량이 연소 엔진 또는 하이브리드-연소 엔진에 의해 동력을 공급받고, 그의 단일 부품들이 상기 안전 셀 내에 통합되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 대체 파워트레인을 위한 승객용 자동차.
