Abstract
본 발명은, 길이 방향으로 배열된 복수의 판독 패턴을 갖고, 또한 각 판독 패턴이 폭 방향으로 배열된 복수의 패턴을 갖는 메저(10)를 판독하는 계측기(100, 102)이며, 메저의 평탄도를 높이는 평탄 부재(20, 35)와, 당해 평탄 부재에 의하여 평탄도가 높아진 상태의 메저로부터, 하나의 판독 패턴에 포함되는 폭 방향으로 배열된 복수의 패턴을 광학적으로 판독하는 제1 판독기(20)를 구비하는 계측기이다.

Claims (7)
- 길이 방향으로 배열된 복수의 판독 패턴을 갖고, 또한 각 판독 패턴이 폭 방향으로 배열된 복수의 패턴을 갖는 메저를 판독하는 계측기에 있어서,
상기 메저의 평탄도를 높이는 평탄 부재와,
상기 평탄 부재에 의하여 상기 평탄도가 높아진 상태의 상기 메저로부터, 하나의 판독 패턴에 포함되는, 상기 폭 방향으로 배열된 상기 복수의 패턴을 광학적으로 판독하는 제1 판독기
를 구비하는, 계측기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 메저의 길이 방향으로 배열된 복수의 패턴을 광학적으로 판독하는 제2 판독기를 더 구비하는, 계측기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 메저를 권부하는 릴을 구비하고,
상기 제1 판독기는, 상기 릴에 권부된 상태의 상기 메저로부터, 상기 폭 방향으로 배열된 복수의 패턴을 판독하는, 계측기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 메저를 압박하는 압박부를 구비하고,
상기 제1 판독기는, 상기 압박부에 의하여 압박된 상태의 상기 메저로부터, 상기 폭 방향으로 배열된 복수의 패턴을 판독하는, 계측기. - 폭 방향으로 복수의 패턴이 마련되어 있는 메저를 판독하는 계측기에 있어서,
상기 복수의 패턴을 광학적으로 판독하는 제1 판독기와,
상기 복수의 패턴의 각각이 마련되어 있는 위치에서의 상기 메저와 상기 제1 판독기 사이의 복수의 거리의 차를 보상하도록, 상기 제1 판독기가 판독한 신호를 보정하는 보정부
를 구비하는, 계측기. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 메저를 수납하는 제1 케이스와,
상기 제1 판독기를 수납하고, 상기 제1 케이스에 탈착 가능한 제2 케이스를 구비하는, 계측기. - 길이 방향으로 배열된 복수의 판독 패턴을 갖고, 또한 각 판독 패턴이 폭 방향으로 배열된 복수의 패턴을 갖는 메저를 판독하는 계측기에 있어서,
상기 폭 방향으로 배열된 상기 복수의 패턴을 광학적으로 판독하는 제1 판독기와,
상기 길이 방향으로 배치되는 복수의 패턴을 광학적으로 판독하는 제2 판독기와,
상기 제1 판독기에 의한 판독 결과로부터 얻어지는 길이를, 상기 제2 판독기의 판독 결과에 기초하여 보정하는 보정부
를 구비하는, 계측기.
