Claims (19)
- 구성 요소(A) 및 구성 요소(B)를 포함하는 난연성 조성물로서, 여기서
구성 요소(A)는 하기 일반식(I)로 표시되는 포스페이트 에스터 아마이드 화합물이며:
여기서, R1, R2, R3 및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자 또는 탄소 원자 수가 1 내지 3인 알킬기이고, R11, R12, R13 및 R14는 각각 독립적으로 탄소 원자 수가 1 내지 3인 알킬렌기이고, R15는 탄소 원자 수가 1 내지 6인 알킬렌기이고, R5 및 R6은 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자 또는 탄소 원자 수가 1 내지 6인 알킬기이며;
구성 요소(B)는 1,3,5-트라이아진 구조 또는 1,3,5-트라이아진 융합 고리 구조를 갖는 질소-함유 화합물인 난연성 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
구성 요소(A) 및 구성 요소(B)의 혼합비 (A)/(B) (질량비)의 값이 1보다 큰 난연성 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
일반식(I)에서, R1, R2, R3 및 R4는 각각 메틸기이고, R11, R12, R13 및 R14는 각각 메틸렌기인 난연성 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
일반식(I)에서, R15가 에틸렌기인 난연성 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
일반식(I)에서, R5 및 R6이 각각 수소 원자인 난연성 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
구성 요소(B)의 질소 함유 화합물이 1,3,5-트라이아진 구조 또는 1,3,5-트라이아진 융합 고리 구조를 갖는 아민 화합물의 포스페이트 염, 피로포스페이트 염 또는 폴리포스페이트 염인 난연성 조성물. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
구성 요소(B)의 질소 함유 화합물이 1,3,5-트라이아진 구조 또는 1,3,5-트라이아진 융합 고리 구조를 갖는 아민 화합물의 폴리포스페이트 염인 난연성 조성물. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
구성 요소(B)의 질소 함유 화합물이 1,3,5-트라이아진 구조 또는 1,3,5-트라이아진 융합 고리 구조를 갖는 아민 화합물의 피로포스페이트 염인 난연성 조성물. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
구성 요소(B)의 질소 함유 화합물이 1,3,5-트라이아진 구조 또는 1,3,5-트라이아진 융합 고리 구조를 갖는 아민 화합물의 포스페이트 염인 난연성 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
금속 산화물 또는 금속염인 구성 요소(C)를 추가로 포함하는 것인 난연성 조성물. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
구성 요소(C)는 알루미늄 하이포포스파이트인 난연성 조성물. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
구성 요소(C)는 유기 포스핀산 금속염, 유기 다이포스핀산 금속염 또는 유기 폴리포스핀산 금속염인 난연성 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
구성 요소(A) 및 구성 요소(B)의 혼합비(질량비) (A)/(B)는 1.3 내지 5인 난연성 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 난연성 조성물 및 열가소성 수지인 구성 요소(D)를 포함하는 것인 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,
구성 요소(A) 및 구성 요소(B)의 총량은 구성 요소(A) 대 구성 요소(D)의 총량의 100질량부에 대해 10질량부 내지 50질량부인 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제 14 항 또는 제 15 항에 있어서,
적하 억제제인 구성 요소(E)를 추가로 포함하는 것인 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제 16 항에 있어서,
구성 요소(E)의 적하 억제제는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌인 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제 14 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
구성 요소(D)의 열가소성 수지는 폴리올레핀 수지인 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제 18 항에 있어서,
폴리올레핀 수지는 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌 또는 프로필렌 또는 에틸렌을 포함하는 코폴리머인 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
