Claims (10)
- 제어 신호에 따라 차량 배터리의 충전 상태를 표시하는 표시기의 고장을 검출하는 고장 검출 장치에 있어서,
상기 제어 신호가 기 설정된 소정의 이벤트를 만족하면 인터럽트 신호를 생성하는 인터럽트 생성부,
상기 제어 신호의 아날로그 값을 디지털 값으로 변환하여 상기 제어 신호의 전압값을 검출하는 전압 검출부, 그리고
상기 표시기의 동작 여부, 상기 인터럽트 신호의 생성 여부 및 상기 제어 신호의 전압값 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 상기 표시기의 고장 여부 및 고장 유형 중 적어도 하나를 판단하는 판단부를 포함하는 고장 검출 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 판단부는,
상기 표시기가 동작 중이라고 판단되면,
상기 인터럽트 신호의 생성 여부 및 상기 제어 신호의 전압값에 따라 상기 표시기의 고장 여부 및 고장 유형을 판단하는 고장 검출 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 판단부는,
상기 인터럽트 신호가 생성되고, 상기 제어 신호의 전압값이 제1 임계값보다 크고 상기 제1 임계값보다 큰 제2 임계값보다 작은 범위에 포함되면, 상기 표시기가 정상 동작하는 것으로 판단하고,
상기 인터럽트 신호가 생성되고, 상기 제어 신호의 전압값이 상기 제1 임계값보다 크고 상기 제2 임계값보다 작은 범위에 포함되지 않으면, 상기 표시기에 고장이 발생한 것으로 판단하는 고장 검출 장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 판단부는,
상기 인터럽트 신호가 생성되고, 상기 제어 신호의 전압값이 제1 임계값보다 작거나 같으면, 상기 표시기의 고장 유형을 접지 단락으로 판단하고,
상기 제어 신호의 전압값이 제2 임계값보다 크거나 같으면, 상기 표시기의 고장 유형을 케이블 개방으로 판단하는 고장 검출 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 판단부는,
상기 인터럽트 신호가 생성되지 않으면, 상기 표시기에 고장이 발생한 것으로 판단하는 고장 검출 장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 판단부는,
상기 제어 신호의 전압값이 제3 임계값보다 작거나 같으면, 상기 표시기의 고장 유형을 접지 단락으로 판단하고,
상기 제어 신호의 전압값이 제3 임계값보다 크면, 상기 표시기의 고장 유형을 배터리 단락으로 판단하는 고장 검출 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 판단부는,
상기 표시기가 동작 중이 아니라고 판단되면,
상기 제어 신호의 전압값에 따라 상기 표시기의 고장 여부 및 고장 유형을 판단하는 고장 검출 장치. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 판단부는,
상기 제어 신호의 전압값이 제4 임계값보다 작거나 같으면, 상기 표시기가 정상 상태인 것으로 판단하고,
상기 제어 신호의 전압값이 제4 임계값보다 크면, 상기 표시기의 고장 유형을 배터리 단락으로 판단하는 고장 검출 장치. - 제어 신호에 따라 차량 배터리의 충전 상태를 표시하는 표시기의 고장을 검출하는 고장 검출 장치를 이용한 고장 검출 방법에 있어서,
상기 제어 신호가 기 설정된 소정의 이벤트를 만족하면 인터럽트 신호를 생성하는 단계,
상기 제어 신호의 아날로그 값을 디지털 값으로 변환하여 상기 제어 신호의 전압값을 검출하는 단계, 그리고
상기 표시기의 동작 여부, 상기 인터럽트 신호의 생성 여부 및 상기 제어 신호의 전압값 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 상기 표시기의 고장 여부 및 고장 유형 중 적어도 하나를 판단하는 단계를 포함하는 고장 검출 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 표시기의 고장 여부 및 고장 유형 중 적어도 하나를 판단하는 단계는,
상기 표시기의 동작 여부를 판단하는 단계,
상기 표시기가 동작 중이라고 판단되면, 상기 인터럽트 신호가 발생하였다고 판단되면, 상기 인터럽트 신호의 생성 여부 및 상기 제어 신호의 전압값 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 상기 표시기의 고장 여부 및 고장 유형 중 적어도 하나를 판단하는 단계, 그리고
상기 표시기가 동작 중이 아니라고 판단되면, 상기 제어 신호의 전압값에 기초하여 상기 표시기의 고장 여부 및 고장 유형 중 적어도 하나를 판단하는 단계를 포함하는 고장 검출 방법.
