Claims (15)
- 제1지점에 있는 제1데이타 기억장치와, 제1지점에서 감지기 출력신호를 주기적으로 주사하고 먼저 주사된 값과의 설정된 차이를 나타내는 신호와 각각 설정된 임계치를 초과하는 신호를 제1 데이타 기억장치에 기억되게 하는 제1 컴퓨팅 장치와, 제2 데이타 기억장치와 진단분석을 수행하는 제2컴퓨팅 장치를 포함하며 제1지점으로부터 멀리 떨어져 있는 제2지점에 위치하는 진단센서로 구성되었으며 제1 지점에서 작동상태에 관한 출력신호를 발생하는 다수의 감지기를 포함하고 있는 공정을 감시하기 위한 진단시스템에 있어서, 제1컴퓨팅 장치의 제어하에 있는 제1송수신장치는 설정된 주기에 따라 데이타링크를 통해 제1데이타 기억장치의 내용을 진단 센터에 송신하며, 또한 신호가 설정된 임계치를 초과할때마다 비규칙적으로 내용을 송신하며, 진단 센터는 제1지점으로 부터 송신된 데이타를 수신하기 위해 제2컴퓨팅 장치의 제어하에 있는 제2송수신 장치를 포함하고 있어서, 제2 컴퓨팅장치가 진단 분석을 수행하며 제2 송수신장치는 또한 데이타 링크를 통해 분석에 따른 정보를 제1송수신 장치로 다시 송신하며, 제1송수신장치는 또한 송신된 정보를 수신하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1지점에는 송수신된 정보를 표시하기 위한 표시장치를 포함하며, 제1 컴퓨팅 장치 및 제2 컴퓨팅 장치는 각각 제1및 제2 컴퓨팅장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 진단 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 제1 데이타 기억장치의 내용은 감지기 신호가 설정된 임계치를 초과하는 즉시 송신되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제1컴퓨팅 장치는 앞서의 임계치가 초과될때 새로운 임계치를 부여하도록 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 제1데이타 기억장치의 내용은 감지기 신호가 설정율의 제한치를 초과하는 즉시 송신되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 설정율의 제한치는 설정된 치이보다 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 진단 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 제1 컴퓨팅 장치는 제2컴퓨팅 장치의 지시에 따라 설정된 차이를 변화하도록 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 데이타 링크는 진단분석의 결과가 비정상 상태를 지적하는 경우 설정된 주기동안 개방되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 진단 시스템.
- 제8항에 있어서, 데이타 링크가 개방되어 있는 시간의 설정주기는 제1데이타 기억장치의 내용을 송신하는 계획된 주기보다 짧은 것을 특징으로 하는 진단 시스템.
- 제8항 또는 9항에 있어서, 데이타 링크는 열려있는 시간의 설정주기동안 아무런 새로운 데이타가 송신되지 않을 경우 자동으로 차단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 진단 분석의 결과는 제1지점으로 다시 송신되기 전에 제2지점에서 먼저 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공정은 발전공정이며, 최소한 하나의 발전기와, 발전기에 여자 전류를 공급하는 여자기와, 발전기를 구동하기 위한 증기 터어빈을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단 시스템.
- 제12항에 있어서, 발전기의 작동상태를 측정하기 위한 다수의 감지기와, 여자기의 작동상태를 측정하기 위한 다수의 감지기와 증기터어빈의 작동상태를 측정하기 위한 다수의 감지기를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단시스템.
- 제1항 내지 13항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 진단센터로부터 각각 멀리 떨어진 하나 이상의 다른 지점을 포함하며, 각각의 다른 지점은 데이타 기억장치와, 상기 지점에서 감지기 출력신호를 주기적으로 주사하고 먼저 주사된 값과의 설정된 차이를 나타내는 신호와 각각 설정된 임계치를 초과하는 신호를 데이타 기억장치에 기억시키도록 자동하는 컴퓨터 장치와, 설정된 주기에 따라 데이타 링크를 통해 데이타 기억 장치의 내용을 진단센터로 송신하고 신호가 설정된 임계치를 초과할때마다 불규칙적으로 내용을 송신하기 위해 컴퓨터 장치의 제어하에 있는 송수신장치를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단시스템.
