Claims (5)
- 동조 발진기에 있어서, 활성소자와 상기 활성소자에 연결된 강자성체 공진기를 구비하며, 상기 강자성체 공진기는 페리자성 결정체로 형성되며, 마이크로 스트립선은 상기 페리자성 결정체에 자기적으로 결합되고, D. C 바이어스 자기장 수단은 D. C 바이어스 자기장을 상기 페리자성 결정체에 인가하고, 상기 페리자성 결정체는 박막 형성 기술로 형성된 YIG 박막으로 만들어지며, 균일 모우드이외 강자성체 공진의 정자기모우드를 억제하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 동조 발진기.
- 제1항의 발진기에 있어서, 상기 페리자성 결정체는 액상 애피택셜 성장에 의해 비자성 기판상에 형성된 YIG의 박막인 것을 특징으로하는 동조 발진기.
- 제2항의 발진기에 있어서, 상기 비자성체 기판은 단결정 가도리늄 칼륨 가아넷 인것을 특징으로하는 동조 발진기.
- 제1항의 발진기에 있어서, 상기 페리자성 결정체는 얇은 디스크의 YIG로 상기 디스크의 주변부분에 홈을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로하는 동조 발진기.
- 제1항의 발진기에 있어서, 상기 페리자성 결정체는 얇은 YIG의 디스크를 상기 디스크의 주변 부분에서 두께보다 중심부분에서의 두께가 더 작은 것을 특징으로하는 동조 발진기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
