Description
Claims (9)
- 기판상에, 직접 또는 보호층을 개재해서 형성된 자기기록막을 가진 자기기록매체에 있어서, 상기 자기기록매체상에, 아지도화합물의 반응생성물로 이루어진 표면처리층과, 이 표면처리층상에 윤활성물질층을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표면처리층은, 부분적 또는 전체가 플루오르화된 알킬사슬을 기본골격으로 하고, 아지도기를 적어도 1개 가진 아지도화합물의 반응생성물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표면처리층상에 형성된 윤활성물질층은 과플루오루알킬폴리에테르 혹은 부분적 또는 전체가 플루오르화된 알칸으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 표면처리층의 막두께는, 5~500Å의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 윤활성물질층의 막두께는, 20~500Å의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- 기판상에, 직접 또는 보호층을 개재해서 형성된 자기기록막을 가진 자기기록매체에 있어서, 상기 자기기록막상에, 과플루오르알킬폴리에테르사슬을 가지며, 또한 아지도기를 적어도 1개 가진 플루오르함유 아지도화합물의 반응생성물로 이루어진 표면처리층과, 상기 표면처리층상에 과플루오르알킬폴리에테르를 기본골격으로 하는 플루오르함유 화합물로 이루어진 윤활성물질층을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 표면처리층의 막두께는, 5~500Å의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 윤활성물질층의 막두께는, 20~500Å의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- 기판상에 직접 또는 보호층을 개재해서 형성된 자기기록막을 가진 자기기록매체에 있어서, 상기 자기기록막상에, 아지도화합물의 반응생성물로 이루어진 표면처리층을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
