Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 일정 경로중에 연속 중합체 필라멘트를 인출 장치에 의해 조절되는 방사속도로 방사팩으로부터 방사하는 용융방사법에 있어서, 상기 경로를 둘러싸는 영역(zone)으로 개스를 향하게 하고, 이때 상기 영역은 방사팩에서 방사팩과 인출장치 사이의 위치까지 연장되며, 상기 영역을 1kg/cm2미만의 초대기압으로 유지시키고, 개스가 필라멘트 속도보다 더 빠르게 상기 영역을 지나가게 함으로서 개스속도를 증가시킴을 특징으로 하는 용융방사법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 필라멘트가 폴리에스테르인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필라멘트가 나일론인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필라멘트가 폴리프로필렌인 방법.
- 제2,3 또는 4항에 있어서, 개스가 공기이고, 개스온도가 약 5℃ 내지 약 250℃인 방법.
- 제2,3 또는 4항에 있어서, 영역을 지나가는 개스 속도가 필라멘트 속도의 1.5내지 약 100배로 증가되는 방법.
- 방사팩에서 인출장치까지의 일정 경로중에서 연속 중합체 필라멘트를 방사하는 장치에 있어서, 상기 경로를 둘러싸는 틀(housing)(여기서, 이 틀은 한쪽 끝(end)에서의 상기 방사팩으로부터 다른쪽 끝에서의 방사팩과 인출장치 사이의 영역까지 연장한다): 초대기압하에 개스를 틀에 공급하는 부재(means) 및 개스가 필라멘트 속도보다 더 빠르게 다른쪽 끝에서의 틀을 지나가도록 함으로서 개스속도를 증가시키는 틀의 다른쪽 끝에 부착된 부재를 포함하는 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 개스 속도를 증가시키는 부재가 압축에 의해서 연결되는 플래어형 출구(flared outlet)와 집속형 입구(converging inlet)(여기에서, 이 집속형 입구는 틀의 다른쪽 끝에 연결됨)를 구비한 벤츄리(Venturi)를 포함하는 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 개스 속도를 증가시키는 부재가 입구 및 출구를 구비한 튜브를 포함하며, 상기 입구는 틀의 상기 다른쪽 끝에 연결된 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 벤츄리와 인출장치 사이의 일정 경로에 위치한 흡출식 제트장치를 포함하는 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 튜브와 인출장치 사이의 일정 경로에 위치한 흡출식 제트장치를 포함하는 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 튜브를 둘러싸며 그로부터 일정한 간격이 있어서 상기 튜브를 둘러싸는 환상공간(annular space)을 형성하는 연속벽(여기에서, 상기 벽은 상기 틀에 인접함) 및 상기 환상공간에 가압개스를 공급하는 부재를 포함하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방사속도가 적어도 7600m/분이며, 필라멘트가 약 2.5 필라멘트당 데니어를 갖는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방사속도가 적어도 400m/분이며, 필라멘트가 적어도 20의 필라멘트당 데니어를 갖는 방법.※ 참고사항: 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
