직쇄저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지형내 발포성형체의 제조방법

Claims (5)

  1. 시차주사 열량계로 측정했을때 2개의 융점을 갖는 예비발포 직쇄 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지입자를 압축하고, 상기 2개의 융점간에 저온측에서의 융점과 고온측에서의 융점을 각각 TM L및 TM H라 표시하고 기체 압력하에서 5%AH/AL 80%를 만족하는 상기 TM L에서의 피이크 용융 면적을 AL이라고 하고 상기 TM H에서의 피이크 용융면적을 AH라 할때 폐쇄 가능하지만 밀폐 불가능한 금형에 상기 압축입자로 채운후, 상기 금형으로부터 기체를 빼고, 증기로 가열하기 직전의 예비발포입자 대 초기의 예비발포입자의 압축비를 5 내지 60%로 유지시키는 상태에서 증기로 가열 용융하므로써 상기 금형의 성형체를 제조하는 것으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직쇄 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지형내 발포성형체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 직쇄 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지가 융점이 115 내지 130℃, 밀도가 0.915 내지 0.940g/cm3, MI가 0.1 내지 5g/10mins인 에틸렌과 4 내지 10개의 탄소원자를 갖는 α-올레핀과의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 4내지 10개의 탄소원자를 갖는 α-올레핀이 1-부텐, 1-펜텐, 1-헥센, 3, 3-디메틸-1-부텐, 4-메틸-1-펜텐, 4, 4-디메틸-1-펜텐 및 1-옥텐으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 구성원인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 직쇄 저밀도 폴리에틸렌수지가 페놀형 산화방지제 및 인형 산화 방지제로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 구성원을 상기 폴리에틸렌수지에 기준하여 0.01 내지 0.5중량%의 양으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 직쇄 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지입자가 0.5 내지 20mg/입자의 입자 중량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
