Claims (7)

  1. 폴리올레핀계 섬유로 이뤄지는 부직포용 투액성 부여제로서, 다음 일반식 A로 표시되는 지방산 디에타놀아미드를 50-95중량%, 및 다음 일반식 B로 표시되는 폴리옥시알킬렌 변성 실리콘을 50-5중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투액성 부여제.
    일반식 A :
    [단, R1은 탄소수 11-17의 알킬기 또는 알케닐기.].
    일반식 B :
    [단, x는 1-10의 정수, y는 7-100의 정수. a는 5이상의 정수, b는 95이하의 정수, 또 100이하의 정수, R2는 H는 또는 탄소수 1-12의 알킬기.]
  2. 폴리올레핀계 섬유로 이뤄지는 부직포용 투액성 부여제로서, 제1항기재의 A로 표시되는 지방산 디에타놀 아미드를 50-75중량%, 및 제1항에 기재의 일반식 B로 표시되는 폴리옥시알킬렌 변성 실리콘을 45-5중량%, 및 계면활성제 30-5중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로하는 투액성 부여제.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 탄소수 11-22의 알킬기 또는 알케닐기를 갖고 또한 1개의 관능기에 대해 에틸렌옥사이드 또는 프로필렌 옥사이드를 3-10몰 부가한 비이온계면활성제인 투액성 부여제.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 계변활성제가 다른 일반식 C로 표시되는 알킬 포스페이트염의 투액성 부여제.
    일반식 C :
    [단, R1은 탄소수 12-18의 알킬기 또는 알케닐기, M은 Na, K, 또는 암모늄류, a,b는 a1, b1, a+b=3을 만족하는 정수.]
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 다음 일반식 D로 표시되는 제4급 암모늄염인 투액성 부여제.
    일반식 D :
    [단, R1은 탄소수 12-18의 알킬기 또는 알케닐기. R2는 H탄소수 1-2의 알킬기 또는 히드록시알킬기, 또는 R1, X는, 할로겐, 유기산잔기, 무기산잔기, 또는 탄소수 1-2의 알킬 설페이트 또는 알킬설페이트.]
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 다음 일반식 E로 표시되는 알킬 이미다조리늄염인 투액성 부여제.
    일반식 E :
    [단, R2및 X는 일반식 D의 경우와 같다. R3는 탄소수 11-17의 알킬기 또는 알케닐, R4는 C2H4OH, C2H4NH2, C2H4NHCOCH3, 또는 C2H4NHCOR3].
  7. 폴리올레핀계 섬유로 이뤄지는 부직포에의 투여방법으로서, 방사한 올레핀계섬유에 상기 제1,2,3,4,5항 또는 제6항 기재의 투액성 부여제를 0.1-0.5중량%(대 섬유) 부여하고, 다음으로 이 섬유를 부직포 제조공정에 투입하는 것을 특징으로하는 투액성 부여방법.
