Claims (5)
- 광학소자의 형상에 대응하는 캐비티와,이 캐비티의 외주로 연통하는 주입구멍을 가진 금형으로서,적어도 한쪽면을 형성하는 금형을 투광부재로 이루어지고,외주로부터 이 투광부재를 통하여 광을 캐비터로 인도하는 것을 가능하게 한 금형을 사용하여, 상기 주입 구멍으로 부터 액상태의 광경화성 플라스틱렌즈재료를 캐비티에 주입하고, 또한 잉여재료를 주입 구멍에 저장한 채로, 우선 캐비티의 중심부에 광경화반응을 여기하는 광을 조사화고, 이러어 링형상으로 광을 확장하여 조사하고, 외주까지 광을 조사함으로서 전체를 경화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학소자의 성형방법.
- 광학소자의 형상에 대은하는 캐비티와, 이 캐비티의 외주로 연통하는 주입 구멍을 가지며,적어도 한쪽면을 형성하는 금형부재가 투광재인 금형과, 광겨화반응을 여기하는 광을 발하는 링형상의 광원과, 가변 배수렌즈로 이루어지고, 광원으로 부터의 광을 가변 배수렌즈ㄹ를 통하여 상기 캐비티에 조사하였을때의 링형상의 광의 중심과 캐비티의 중심이 대체로 일치하도록 상기 금형, 광원 및 가변배수랜즈를 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 광학소자의 성형장치.
- 광학소자의 형성에 대응하는 캐비티와, 이 캐비티의 외주로 연통하는 주입구멍을 가지며, 한쪽면을 형성하는 금현부재가 투광재인 금형과,광경화반응을 여기하는 광을 발하는 링형상의 광원으로서, 링의 축방향으로서, 링의 축방향으로 광을 출사하는 광원과, 이링형상 광원과 동축에 배설되고, 광원과는 축방향으로 상대이동 가능한 원추형상거울과, 렌즈로 이루어지고, 광원으로부터의 광이 원추형상거울에서 반사된 후, 렌즈를 통과하여 상기 캐비티에 조사하였을 때의 링형상의 광의 중심이 캐비티의 중심과 대체로 일치하도록 상기금형, 광원, 원추형상 거울 및 렌즈를 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 광학소자의 성형장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 링형상의 광원이 링형상의 강도분포를 기진 레이져 조사장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학소자의 성형장치.
- 광학소지의 형상에 대응하는 캐비티와 이 캐비티의 외주로 연통하는 주입구멍을 가지며,적어도 한쪽면을 형성하는 금형부재가 투과재인 금형과, 지향성이 강한 비임형상의 광으로서, 광경화 반응을 여기하는 광을 출사하는 광원과,광원으로부터의 비임을 캐비티에 링형상으로 주사하면서 조사하기 위한 수단을 가진것을 특징으로 하는 광학소자의 성형장치.※참고사항: 최초출현 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
