제1도는 본 발명에서 제조된 장용성 세라티오 펩티다제 과립제의 단면도.
Claims (8)
- 슈크로오즈 결정(크기:420~200마이크로미터)을 출발물질로 하여 하이드록시 프로필 셀룰로오스나 폴리비닐 피롤리돈 수용액을 회전하는 과립제조기내의 슈크로오즈 결정들에 분무하면서 생리불활성물질(크기:150마이크로미터 이하, 더 좋기는 75마이크로미터 이하)를 피복시켜 둥글게 일정 크기로 성형시킨 다음, 건조시킨 후, 성형된 불황성입자(nonpareil seed, 크기:710~420마이크로미터)들을 과립제조기에 넣고 회전시키면서, 하이드록시 프로필 셀룰로오스나 폴리비닐 피롤리돈 수용액을 과립들에 분무시키고 동시에 생리불활성물질과 생리불활성물질의 혼합물(크기: 150마이크로미터 이하, 더 좋기는 75마이크로미터 이하)을 피복시켜 둥글게 성형시킨 다음, 게속 생리불활성물질을 피복시켜 생리활성물질이 함유된 둥근 과립제를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 생리활성물질이 serratia sp. stain E-15로부터 얻어진 효소로서 세라티오펩티다제인 과립제의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 둥근 세라티오펩티다제 과립을 만드는 데에 세라티오펩티다제를 제제중에서 안정화시킬수 있는 락토오즈를 생리불활성물질로 사용하여 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 생리활성물질 즉 세라티오펩티다제와 같이 산에 불안정한 약제로서 제1항과 같이 제조한 과립들에 위(胃)에서는 붕해가 일어나지 않고, 장(腸)에서 붕해가 일어나 생리활성물질을 유리시킬수 있도록 장용성 코팅기재로 피막을 입히는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 자용성 코팅기제로서 하이드록시 프로필 메틸 셀룰로오즈 프탈레이트(hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose phthalate, H.P.M.C.P)나 셀룰로오즈 아세테이트 프탈레이트(cellulose acetate phthalate C.A.P.)를 사용하여 세라티오펩티다제가 함유된 과립에 중량대비 10.0~30.0%정도 장용성 피막을 입히는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 장용성 코팅기제로서 하이드록시 프로필 메틸 셀룰로오즈 프탈레이트나 셀룰로오즈 아세테이트 프탈레이트와 쉘락을 혼합하여 세라티오펩티다제 과랍에 장용성 피막을 입히는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 자용성 코팅기제로서 하이드록시 프로필 메틸 셀룰로오즈 프탈레이트나 셀룰로오즈 아세테이트 프탈레이트와 쉘락을 중량 대비 장용성 기제 90.0~50.5%, 쉘락 10.0~50.0%를 혼합하여 세라티오펩티다제 과립에 대한 중량대비 10.0~30.0%정도 장용성 피막을 입히는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 산에 불안정한 생리활성물질을 함유하는 최종 장용성과립들의 수분함량이 1.0중량%를 초과하지 않도록 과립제를 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
