딜티아젬(diltiazem) 공급용의 제형(dosage form)
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 장시간에 걸쳐 위장계에 유용한 약제 딜티아젬(drug diltiazem)을 구강투여하도록 형성되고 칫수를 맞춘 삼투제제로 만들어진 제형(dosage form)의 도면.
제2a도 및 제2b도는 제형의 구조를 설명하기 위해 제형의 벽부분을 제거한 제1도의 제형을 부분적으로 개방한 도면.
제3도는 본 발명에 의해 구비된 제형에 대한 딜티아젬의 방출속도를 설명하는 그래프.
제4도는 24시간에 걸쳐 방출누적된 딜티아젬의 량을 설명하는 그래프.

Claims (8)

  1. (a) 둘레를 싸고 형성하는 벽과; (b) 구획(compartment)과; (c) 딜티아젬과 그의 제약학적으로 허용가능한 염, 2, 500, 000-4, 000, 000의 분자량을 포함하는 0.5중량%-15중량%의 폴리아크릴산, 4, 000, 000-5, 500, 000의 분자량을 포함하는 0.5중량%-20중량%의 폴리(에틸렌옥시드), 35, 000-40, 000의 분자량을 포함하는 0.5중량%의 폴리(비닐 필로리돈)으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 성분을 70중량%-96중량%를 포함하는 상기 구획속의 딜티아젬 조성물과; (d) 6, 200-7, 500, 000의 분자량을 포함하는 70중량%-95중량%의 폴리(에틸렌옥시드), 9, 000-16, 000의 분자량을 포함하는 1중량%-15중량%의 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스를 포함하는 상기 구획내의 푸쉬 조성물(push composition)과; (e) 상기 장치로부터 딜티아젬을 공급하기 위한 상기 벽내의 적어도 하나의 통로를 포함하는 딜티아젬공급용 제형.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 딜티아젬이 시간당 공급량을 실질적으로 영차 비율(zero order rate)로 공급됨을 특징으로 하는 제형.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 벽이 셀룰로오스 아세테이트를 포함하는 제형.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 벽이 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스를 포함하는 제형.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 벽이 39.8%의 아세틸 함량을 가지는 셀룰로오스 아세테이트를 포함하는 제형.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 벽이 에틸 셀룰로오스를 포함하는 제형.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 벽이 적어도 부분적으로 미세다공성 조성물을 포함하는 제형.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 푸쉬 조성물이 염화나트륨을 포함하는 제형.
