Claims (4)
- 카르복실산 주석염과 과산화수소를 수성매체중 1:1.5 이상의 몰비로 반응시켜서 이루어지는 주석화합물 투명 수성용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 카르복실산 주석염 1몰에 대해서 0.01 내지 0.35몰의 도우팬트를 반응계에 공존시켜 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 수성용액.
- 카르복실산 주석염과 과산화수소를 수성매체중 1:1.5 이상의 몰비로 반응시켜, 얻어진 투명 수성용액을 400℃ 이상의 습도로 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 도전성 산화주석의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 도우팬트를 카르복실산 주석염 1몰에 대해서 0.01 내지 0.35몰의 비율로 반응계에 공존시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 도전성 산화주석의 제조방법.
