Claims (6)
- a)다음 일반식(Ⅲ) 또는 페닐 핵에서 치환된 대응하는 유도체의 포르밀 그룹을 산성촉매의 존재하에 불활성 유기용매 중에서 다음 일반식(Ⅳ)와 축합반응시켜 대응하는 고리형 아세탈(Ⅴ)을 얻고, b)그 고리형 아세탈(Ⅴ)를 수소와 촉매적으로 환원반응시켜 대응하는아미노화합물(Ⅱ)를 얻고, 그리고 c)그 아미노페닐 아세탈(Ⅱ)를 산성반응 매질 중에서 3,4,5,6-테트라히드로프탈산 무수무롸 축합반응시키고 동시에 아세탈 그룹을 절단시켜 알데히드 그룹을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유형(I)의 3-(3,4,5,6-테트라히드로프탈이미도)-벤즈알데히드 또는 페닐고리에서 치환된 대응하는 유도체의 제조방법:
- 제1항에 있어서, p-틀루엔술폰산이 니트로포름 알데히드(Ⅱ)의 아세탈기 이탈 반응에서 촉매로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아미노페닐아세탈(Ⅱ)와 테트라히드로프탈 산 무수물의 축합반응이 저급카르복실산의 존재하에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 다음 일반식(Ia)의 3-(3,4,5,6-테트라히드로프탈이미도)-벤즈알데히드:상기식에서 R1은 수소 또는 할로겐이고 R2는 할로겐이며, R2가 염소가 아닌 경우 R1은 불소이다.
- 다음 일반식(Ⅱa)의 3-아민벤즈알데히드의 아세탈:상기식에서 A는 1,2-에틸렌 또는 1,3-프로필렌 브리지이고 이러한 브리지 맴버는 세개이하의 C1-C3알킬 그룹들을 소지 할 수 있다.
- 제5항에 있어서 청구된 일반식(Ia)의 3-(3,4,5,6-테트라히드로프탈이미도)-벤즈알데히드를 옥심화에 의해 다음 일반식(Ⅵ)의 옥심에테르의 제조에 사용하는 방법:※ 참고사항 : 최초출원내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
