Claims (9)
- 용광로 헤드의 중앙에 수직으로 위치한 고정 공급 채널 ; 상기 공급 챈널 주위에 동축상으로 장착된 로터리 셀 ; 상기 셀의 외부에 동축상으로 장착되어 있으며 측면에는 셀과 함께, 상기 로터리 셀과 일체로 된 로터리 자켓에 의해 용광로의 내부로 부터 격리되어 있지는 않지만 분리되어 있는 환상 실을 한정하는 고정 외부 프레임 ; 로터리 자켓에 원추형으로 장착된 분배 스파우트 ; 셀, 자켓 및 스파우트가 용광로 및 공급 챈널의 수직축에 대해 단일 유니트로서 회전할 수 있도록 하는 제1구동장치 ; 및 제1구동장치에 의한 운동과는 독립적으로 수평축(이에 의하여 스파우트가 셀에 현수됨)에 대하여 스파우트가 선회할 수 있도록 하는 제2구동장치로 이루어진 용광로 투입장치용 냉각장치에 있어서, 로터리 셀의 상부 가장자리에 장착되어 있으며, 그의 2동심상의 벽, 즉 외벽과 내벽이 적어도 하나의 냉각수 유입 파이프 하방에서, 프레임의 상부에 고정된 환상 블록내에 삽입된 접합부와 함께 미끌어지고, 로터리 자켓 주위에 위치되고 파이프에 의해 환상 배트에 각각 연결된 다수의 냉각 코일을 통해 중력에 의해 배트에서의 물의 통로를 제공하도록 작용하는 1 이상의 개구가 구비되어 있는 환상 공급 배트 ; 외부 프레임에 장착되어 있는 환상 도관 ; 상기 도관과 결합되어 있으며 로터리 자켓에 장착되어 있는 로터리 환상 커버 ; 및 물이 파이프와 코일을 통해, 환상 배트와 도관 사이의 중력에 의해 흐를 수 있도록 각 코일을 로터리 커버를 통해 상기 도관에 연결시키는 파이프로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 냉각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 환상 블록내의 통로가 유입 파이프에 의해 각을 갖고 단(段)이 지며, 그 단부의 상방으로는 냉각수가 흐르는 대체로 수평 그루브(groove)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코일의 공급 파이프 및 배출 파이프를 가요성으로 형성하여 열 및 기계적 변형을 보상하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 프레임의 상부와 환상 블록을 통해 진입 개구가 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 4항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 이동성 자켓의 내부 표면은, 볼트로 자켓에 장착되어 있는 내화성 강판에 보강된 절연 패널과 정렬되어 있고, 절연섬유를 삽입시켜 "열적 교량부"를 배제시킴을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 프레임과 로터리 자켓간의 절연성 라비린스부가 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배트 및 도관이 자동 조작을 측정하고 결함을 검지할 수 있는 수준 검지기와 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스파우트의 현수축용의 2개의 냉각회로를 구비하며, 이 냉각회로는 배트와 도관간에 연결되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접합부가 분진을 배제할 수 있도록 설계된 접합부임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
