Description
Claims (8)
- (a) 가열된 액체원을 제공하도록 작동하는 펄스수단(12), (b) 가열된 액체의 흐름에 대해 작동하게끔 연결된 열교환기(28,) (c)폐위치와 다수의 개방위치를 이동하면서 열교환수단에 대해 상기 액체의 흐름을 조절하도록 작동하는 밸브수단(2,4) (d)전기제어신호를 수신할때 개위치와 폐위치 사이에서 상기밸브를 이동시키게끔 작동하는 서보작동기(50), (e)밸브수단의 위치를 감지하여 밸브수단(24)의 위치를 표시하는 전기 피드백신호를 제공하도록 작동하는 수단, (f)액체의 흐름을 밸브수단(24) 및 열교환수단(28)에 흐르게 하는 압력을 감지하도록 위치해 이들의 전기압력신호를 제공하도록 작동하는 압력변환기 수단(88), (g)승객원이 입력을 작동시키도록 작동하여 승객원의 바람직한 상대 온도레벨을 표시하는 전기입력신호를 제공하는 상대온도 선택기수단(62). (h)공기를 상기 열교환기 수단에 흐르게 하는 송풍수단(42), (i)공기를 승객기 있는 승객실에 흐르게 하는 온풍수단(36), (j)상기 공기를 열교환기 수단에 흐르게 하는 열의 효과를 감지하여 이를 표시하는 전기온도신호를 제공하게끔 작동하는 온도 감지수단, (k)피드백신호, 온도신호, 압력신호 및 입력신호를 합하도록 작동하여 상기합의 전기 표시를 제공하는 회로수단(1) 상기회로수단에 연결되어 상기합에 따라 작동하여 서보작동기를 작동하는 제어신호를 발생하여 상기합이 0 (zoro)이 될때까지 상기 밸브(24)를 이동시키는 신호 발생수단등을 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 승객실의 열을 절리하는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밸부수단, 서보작동수단(50) 및 압력변환기수단(88)이 공통하우징에 설치되어었는 것을 특징으로 하는 승객실의 열을 조절하는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밸브수단(24), 서보작동기수단(50), 열교환기수단(28) 및 압력변환기수단(88)은 일체 보조 에셈블리(integral sub-assembly)로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 승객실의 열을 조절하는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 온도감지수단은 온풍수단(36)내의 공기온도를 감지하도록 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 승객실의 열을 조절하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 온도감지수단은 열교환기수단(28)으로부터 배출하는 액체의 온도를 감지하도록 위치한 것을 특징으로 하는 승객실의 열을 조절하는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 회로수단은 사용자에 따라 상기 레벨 제어수단의 입력을 작동시켜 명령된 공기온도를 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 승객실의 열을 조절하는 시스템.
- (a)발열교환기를 제공하여 엔진구동펌프로부터 가열액체를 흐르게 하고; (b)공기를 열교환기(28)에 강제로 흐르게 하여 공기를 차량승객실에 흐르게 하고; (c)액체흐름을 펌프에서 열교환기(28)로 흐르게 조절하는 모우터 구동 밸브를 마련하여 상기 상태의 전기표시를 마련하고; (d)열교환기(28)에 대해 공기흐름의 온도를 감지하여 전기온도신호를 제공하고; (e)상기 펌프로 부터 액체의 압력을 감지하여 압력을 표시하는 전기신호를 발생시키고; (f)사용자가 선택한 온도신호를 표시하는 전기기준신호를 발생시키고; (g)온도신호, 압력신호 및 기준신호의 밸브상태의 표시를 합하고; (h)상기 합이 0(zoro)이 될때까지 밸브 모우터를 구동시켜0(zoro)에서 상기합을 유지하는 상기 밸브상태를 바꾸는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량승객실 가열시스템에서 송풍기 배출공기의 온도를 조절하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, (a)냉매증발기를 열교환기(28)이 강제공기흐름 상부에 위치시키고; (b)증발기 (82)를 통해 냉매를 흐르게 하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 승객실 가열 시스템에서 송풍기 배출공기의 온도를 조절하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
