Abstract

본 발명은 소거가능형 양면 유기광기록 디스크 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 디스크는 유리기판 양면에 기록층, 프리그루브가 형성된 소거층 및 투명보호층이 차례로 형성되어 소거층의 프리그루브 부위에서 기록 및 재생이 이루어지고, 본 발명의 제조방법은 기록층 위에 소거층을 코팅한 후 일부 경화기킨 다음 프리그루브가 형성된 별도의 유리기판을 상기 소거층 위에 덮어 눌러서 프리그루브를 소거층에 전사시키고, 소거층에 프리그루브를 고정시킴으로서 반사층이나 압축충을 설계하여 트래킹할때 발생하는 레이져광의 손실을 줄이고, 디스크 양면을 사용할수 있어 기록용량이 2배로 커지는 효과를 지닌다.

Claims (3)

  1. 유리기판(10) 양면에 기록층(11), 프리그루브(13)가 형성된 소거층(12) 및 투명 보호층(14)이 각각 차례로 형성되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 양면 유기광기록 디스크.
  2. 유기기판(10)양면에 기록층(11), 소거층(12) 및 투명보호층(14)을 차례로 코팅하여 양면유기광기록 디스크를 제조함에 있어서, 기록층(11) 위에 UV경화성 수지와 퀴논계 색소로 이루어진 소거층(12)을 코팅하여 일부 경화시킨후, 프리그 루브가 형성된 별도의 유리기판을 상기 소거층(12) 위에 덮어 눌러서 소거층에 프리그루브를 형성하는 과정을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 양면 유기광 기록 디스크의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 소거층(12)에 프리그루브를 형성하는 과정은 프리그루브가 형성된 별도의 유리기판을 일부 경화된 소거층 위에 덮어 눌러 프리그루브(13)를 소거층에 전사키고 완전 경화시킨후 상기 유리기판을 제거하거나, 또는 프리그루브를 일부 경화된 소거층에 전사시킨후 상기 유리기판을 제거한 후 완전 경화시킴으로서 소거층(12)에 프리그루브를 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 유기광기록디스크의 제조 방법.
