Abstract

통상적인 순도 이상의 Zn 5.0-7.0; Mg l.5-3.0; Cu 1.0-2.7; 재결정 억제제 0.05-0.40; Fe 0.30 이하; Si 0.15 이하; 다른 불순물 각각 0.05 이하 및 총 0.15, 나머지는 A1인 조성물(중량 %)의 주괴를 제공하고, 필요하다면, 470℃ 이상의 온도에서 및 S상의 부괴 분획을 1.0% 이하의 값으로 감소시키기에 충분한 시간동안 주괴를 균질화시키고, 바람직하게 저온후방 압출에 의해 주괴를 압출하고 및 성형하는 것을 포함하는 가압가스 실린더를 제조하고, 및 결과얻은 가압 가스 실린더를 과-노화시키는 방법.

중공 본체의 제조방법(METHOD OF MAKING HOLLOW BODIES)

제2a)도는 시간에 대한 균열 길이의 그래프이고, 이중 캔틸레버 비임 피로 예비-균열된 표본 내균열 확대를 보여준다.
제2b)도는 제2a)도의 자료로 부터 계산된 변형력 세기에 대한 균열 속도의 그래프이다.
제3도는 제2도 내의 것에 상응하는 두 개의 그래프 a) 및 b)로 구성된다.
그래프는 유지된 하중 균열의 측정으로서 80℃의 실험실 공기에서 얻은 결과를 나타낸다.
제4도는 475℃에서 균질화의 시간이 증가하면서 존재하는S 상의 양의 변화를 보이는 그래프이다.
제5도는 (A) 465℃ 및 (B) 475℃에서 12시간 동안 균질화시킨 후의 빌릿상 차등 주사 열계량법 측정값을 나타낸다.
제6도는 유압 및 다양한 방법으로 냉각된 균질화 빌릿에 대한 궁극적인 인장강도간의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.
제7도는 단일 또는 이중 노화시킨 후에 80℃에서 6개월 이하동안 유지시킨 물질에 대한 인열 내성 및 항복 강도의 그래프이다.

Claims (14)

  1. 압력 용기를 위한 중공 본체를 제조하는 방법으로서, 상기 방법은 하기 조성(중량 %)의 빌릿을 제공하고,
    Zn 5.0-7.0
    Mg 1.5-3.0
    Cu 1.0-2.7
    재결정 억제제 0.05-0.4
    Fe 0.30이하
    Si 0.15이하
    다른 불순물 각각 0.05 이하 및 총 0.15
    A1 나머 지
    상기 빌릿은 1.0% 이하의 S상 부피 분획을 갖고 빌릿을 압출시키고, 원하는 중공 본체의 형태로 압출물을 성형하고, 및 중공 본체를 과노화시키는 것으로 구성되는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 빌릿이 하기 조성을 갖는 방법:
    Zn 5.0-7.0
    Mg l.5-2.5
    Cu 1.8-2.2
    Cr 및/또는 Zr 0.10-0.25
    Fe 0.15이하
    Si 0.08이하.
  3. 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 빌릿을 470℃이상의 온도에서 S상의 부괴 분획을을 0.2% 이하의 값으로 낮추기에 총분한 시간 동안 균질화 시키는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 균질화된 빌릿을 주변 온도로 서서히 냉각시키는 방법.
  5. 제1 내지 4항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 빌릿을 저온 또는 온난 압출시키는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 압출이 후방 압출인 방법.
  7. 제1 내지 6항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 원하는 중공 본체의 형태로 압출을 형성하는 것이 300-450℃의 온도에서 네크를 스웨이징 또는 스피닝시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  8. 제1 내지 7항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 과-노화는 최대 강도를 10-30%로 감소시키는 정도로 실행하는 방법.
  9. 제1 내지 8항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 과-노화는 제1승온에서 및 그리고 나서 제1 보다 높은 제2승온에서 중공 본체를 유지시켜 실행하는 방법.
  10. 제1 내지 8항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 과-노화는 제1승온에서 및 그리고 나서 제1 보다 높은 제2승온에서 중공 본체를 유지시켜 실행하는 방법.
  11. 제1 내지 8항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 과-노화는 세가지 승온에서 연속하여 중공 본체를 유지시켜 실행하는 방법으로서, 상기의 제2승온은 제1 및 제3보다 높은 방법.
  12. 제9 내지 11항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 하나의 승온이 80-150℃ 범위내이고, 및 다른 승온은 160-220℃ 범위내인 방법.
  13. 제1 내지 12항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 중공 본체가 가압 가스 실린더인 방법.
  14. 제1 내지 13항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 합금이 Fe 0.10% 이하를 함유하는 방법.
