Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.以下の組成(重量%): Zn 5.0−7.0 Mg 1.5−3.0 Cu 1.0−2.7 再結晶防止成分 0.05−0.4 Fe 0.30まで Si 0.15まで 他の不純物 それぞれ0.05まで、併せて0.15まで Al 残部 を有し、S相の体積割合が1.0%より小さいビレットを供給すること、 ビレットを押し出すこと、 押出物を所望の中空ボディの形状に形成すること、および 中空ボディを過時効すること を含んで成る、圧力容器用の中空ボディを製造する方法。 2.ビレットが、以下の組成: Zn 5.0−7.0 Mg 1.5−2.5 Cu 1.8−2.2 Crおよび/またはZr 0.10−0.25 Fe 0.15まで Si 0.08まで を有する請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 3.S相の体積割合を0.2%以下の値まで減らすのに十分な時間、少なくと も470℃の温度にてビレットを均質化する請求の範囲第1項または第2項記載 の方法。 4.均質化したビレットを周囲温度までゆっくり冷却する請求の範囲第3項記 載の方法。 5.ビレットを冷間または温間押出する請求の範囲第1〜4項のいずれかに記 載の方法。 6.押出は、逆押出によって行う請求の範囲第5項記載の方法。 7.押出物を所望の中空ボディの形状に形成することは、300〜450℃の 温度におけるネック部分のスエージ加工またはスピニング加工を含んで成る請求 の範囲第1〜6項のいずれかに記載の方法。 8.過時効は、ピーク強さを10〜30%減らす程度まで実施する請求の範囲 第1〜7項のいずれかに記載の方法。 9.過時効は、中空ボディを、第1の高温にて、次に、第1の高温より高い第 2の高温にて保持することにより実施する請求の範囲第1〜8項のいずれかに記 載の方法。 10.過時効は、中空ボディを、第1の高温にて、次に、第1の高温より低い 第2の高温にて保持することにより実施する請求の範囲第1〜8項のいずれかに 記載の方法。 11.過時効は、中空ボディを、第2の高温が第1の高温および第3の高温よ り高い3種の高温で順に保持することにより実施する請求の範囲第1〜8項のい ずれかに記載の方法。 12.1つの高温が80〜150℃の範囲であり、他の高温が160〜220 ℃の範囲である請求の範囲第9〜11項のいずれかに記載の方法。 13.中空ボディは加圧ガスボンベである請求の範囲第1〜12項のいずれか に記載の方法。 14.合金は、0.10%までのFeを含む請求の範囲第1〜13項のいずれ かに記載の方法。
