Abstract

본 발명은 허리 포켓 커프스를 가진 일회용 기저귀를 개시한다. 포켓 커프스는 정점을 갖고 굴곡된 차단 커프스의 말단 가장자리에 결합된 말단사이로 연장하는 개방 가장자리를 갖고 있다. 차단 커프스의 말단 가장 자리는 포켓 커프스 개방 가장자리 말단으로부터 종방향 후방 및 측방향 외측으로 연장한다. 차단 커프스의 말단 가장자리는 테이프 탭 적재물이 포켓 커프스 개방 가장자리로 전달될 수 있도록 테이프 탭 고정수단과 움직일 수 있게 결합되어 있다.

제10도는 실질적으로 측방향으로 연장하는 개방 가장 자리를 가진 포켓 커프스를 갖는 본 발명의 일회용 기저귀 실시태양의 평면도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 전방 허리 영역, 상기 전방 허리 영역으로부터 종방향 이격된 후방 허리 영역, 상기 전방 및 후방 허리 영역들 사이에 배치되어 있는 가랑이 영역, 종방향 가장자리, 말단 가장자리, 종방향 중심선 및 측방향 중심선을 가진 일회용 흡수 제품에 있어서, 상기 일회용 흡수 제품이, 액체 투과성 상면시이트; 상기 상면시이트에 결합된 액체 불투과성 배면시이트, 상기 상면시이트와 배면시이트 사이에 위치하고, 측면 가장자리 및 전방 및 후방 허리 가장자리를 가진 흡수 코어; 상기 흡수 코어의 각각의 측면 가장자리로부터 측방향 외측으로 연장하는 측면 플랩; 일회용 흡수 제품의 각각의 종방향 가장자리에 인접하여 배치되고, 제1차단 커프스 말단에서 제2차단 커프스 말단쪽으로 종방향으로 연장하며, 상기 측면 플랩에 결합된 근접 가장자리와 말단 가장자리를 갖는 차단 커프스, 상기 각각의 차단 커프스 말단 가장자리의 일부를 상기 상면시이트로부터 멀리 이격시키기 위하여 상기 각각의 차단 커프스에 움직일 수 있게 결합된 이격 수단; 상기 상면시이트의 일부상으로 연장하도록 상기 차단 커프스의 중간에 위치하고 폐쇄 가장자리(closed edge)와 상기 폐쇄 가장자리의 종방향 전방에 위치한 개방 가장자리(open edge)를 가진 포켓 커프스(이때, 상기 개방 가장자리는 개방 가장자리 말단으로부터 측방향으로 멀리 이격되고, 각각의 개방 가장자리 말단은 제1 및 제2차단 커프스 말단의 중간에 위치한 접점에서 상기 차단 커프스에 결합되고, 상기 개방 가장자리는 상기 차단 커프스의 중간으로 연장하며, 상기 개방 가장자리의 최소한 일부는 상기 개방 가장자리 말단을 통과하는 라인의 종방향 후측에 배치된다); 및 상기 포켓 커프스 개방 가장자리를 상기 일회용 흡수제품의 측방향 중심선 및 상기 상면시이트로부터 멀리 편향시키기 위한 포켓 커프스 바이어스 수단을 포함하는 일회용 흡수제품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 차단 커프스가 제1차단 커프스 말단에서 근접 가장자리의 측방향 내측으로 연장하는 말단 가장자리 및 제2차단 커프스 말단에서 근접 가장자리의 측방향 외측으로 연장하는 말단 가장자리를 갖도록 굴곡되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수제품.
