Claims (6)
- 양극체조립을 위한 베이스지그를 센터핀을 겸하는 베이스지그로하여 통상의 조립공정으로 상하의 내,외측스트랩링을 위치시키는 공정과, 상기 상부압입지그도 센퍼틴을 겸하는 상부압입지그로 되어 이를 양극통상체 내경부로 압입시켜 베인과 양극통상체, 베인 및 내,외측스트랩링을 동시에 결합시킨 후 상기 베이스지그와 상부압입지그를 해체하는 공정과, 상기 해체 공정이후 상부지그를 베인상부에 얹고 브레이징재를 삽입시켜 브레이징로를 통과시키는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론용 양극체의 조립방법.
- 양극체 구성물인 상하의 내,외측스트랩링(3,4)의 위치홈을 각각 개별적으로 형성한 베인(22)과, 센터핀 역할을 센터핀부(37a)를 몸체와 일체로 형성한 베이스지그937)와, 센터핀역할의 센터핀부(38a)를 몸체와 일체로 형성한 상부압입지그(38)를 구비하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론용 양극체
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 베인(22)은 그 상단부와 하단부에 내측스트랩링(3) 및 외측스트랩링(4)의 단면두께와 동일하거나 작은치수의 위치홈(23a,24a,23a',24a')을 형성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론용 양극체
- 제2항에 있어서, 베인삽입홈(9)을 갖는 베이스지그(37)의 내홈부(20)의 중앙부에 베인(22) 높이의 1/2보다 작은 센터핀부(37a)를 몸체와 일체로 형성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론용 양극체
- 제2항에 있어서, 상부압입지그(38)의 저면중앙부에 베인(22) 높이의 1/2보다 작은 센터핀부(38a)를 몸체와 일체로 형성시킨것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론용 양극체
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 베인은 그 상단 일단에 브레이징재의 삽입안내를 위한 원호상의 브레이징재 삽입홈(39)을 형성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론용 양극체
