Abstract

결합되는 부품수를 줄임으로서 작업공정을 줄여 생산성을 향상시키고, 동시에 생산원가를 절감하는 데에 있는 것으로서, 그 구조는 연통된 관통공을 일측에 형성하되, 이 관통공의 상단에 홈을 형성하고 있는 클러치 하우징과, 상기 관통공에 회전되게 결합되어 설치되면서 동력을 타측으로 전달하도록 된 샤프트와, 상기 홈에 삽입되어 고정 설치되면서 샤프트에 압입되어 결합을 이루되, 회전이 원활하게 이루어지도록 하는 베어링과, 상기 샤프트의 하부에 결합되어 설치되면서 동력을 전달받도록 된 드리븐 기어가 구성된 자동차용 스피드 미터계를 제공한다.

제1도는 본 발명이 자동차의 클러치 하우징으로부터 분리된 상태를 나타낸 사시도,
제2도 (가)는 본 발명이 결합되지 않은 상태의 클러치 하우징 단면도,
제2도 (나)는 본 발명이 클러치 하우징에 결합된 상태를 나타낸 결합단면도,
제3도는 본 발명의 A-A선 단면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 연통된 관통공(8)을 일측에 형성하되, 이 관통공(8)이 상단에 홈(6)을 형성하고 있는 클러치 하우징(4)과, 상기 관통공(8)에 회전되게 결합되어 설치되면서 동력을 타측으로 전달하도록 된 샤프트(10)와, 상기 홈(6)에 삽입되어 고정 설치되면서 상기 샤프트(10)에 압입되어 결합을 이루되, 회전이 원활하게 이루어지도록 하는 베어링(16)과, 상기 샤프트(10)의 하부에 결합되어 설치되면서 동력을 전달받도록 된 드리븐 기어(12)가 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 스피드미터계.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 클러치 하우징(4)의 내부 하단에 상기 샤프트(10)의 일단부를 회전되게 결합하면서 지지하여 주도록 된 삽입홈(14)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 스피드 미터계.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 샤프트(10) 하부의 외주가 커터되어 반달 모양을 하며 형성되고, 동시에 상기 샤프트(10)에 상기 드리븐 기어(12)가 결합을 이루되, 결합부분이 반달모양을 하면서 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 스피드 미터계.
