Abstract

브레이크액 충전시에 있어서의 브레이크 장치의 완전한 배기를 보증할 수 있고, 더우기 상기의 경우에 사용되는 체크 밸브의 부착을 간단하고 또한 염가로 행할 수 있는 하이드로릭 유닛을 제공한다.
자동차용 앤티 스키드 장치를 구비한 브레이크 장치를 위한 하이드로릭 유닛으로서, 중지상태에 있어서 폐쇄되는 적어도 1개의 전자밸브를 갖는 형식의 것에 있어서 전자밸브(40)에 브레이크 장치의 배기시에 개방되는 체크 밸브(66)가 일체로 짜 넣어져 있다.

제2도는 본 발명에 의한 하이드로릭 유닛을 구비한 앤티 스키드겸 트랙션 콘트롤 장치를 갖는 브레이크 장치의 유압회로를 개략적으로 나타내는 도면,
제3도는 본 발명에 의한 체크밸브를 일체로 짜 넣어진 전자밸브를 나타내는 도면,
제4도는 제3도에 나타난 전자밸브의 변화 실시예를 나타내는 도면.

Claims (10)

  1. 자동차용 앤티 스키드 장치를 구비한 브레이크 장치를 위한 하이드로릭 유닛에 있어서, 중지상태에 있어서 폐쇄되는 적어도 1개의 전자밸브를 갖는 형식의 것에 있어서, 전자밸브(17,33,40)에 브레이크 장치의 배기시에 개방되는 체크 밸브 (18,35,66,78)가 일체로 짜 넣어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 앤티 스키드 장치 를 구비한 브레이크 장치를 위한 하이드로릭 유닛.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 체크밸브(18,35,66,78)가 용수철을 갖지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 앤티 스키드 장치를 구비한 브레이크 장치를 위한 하이드로닉 유닛.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 체크밸브(18,35)가 전자밸브(17,33,40)의 유입부(65) 또는 유출부(58)와 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 앤티 스키드 장치를 구비한 브레이크 장치를 위한 하이드로릭 유닛.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 체크밸브(18,35,66,78)가 전자밸브(17,33,40)의 유출부(58)로부터 유입부를 향하여 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이드로릭 유닛.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 체크밸브(18,35)가 브레이크 도관(12)과 복귀도관(15)과의 사이에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 앤티 스키드 장치를 구비한 브레이크 장치를 위한 하이드로릭 유닛.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 체크밸브(66)의 밸브 폐쇄체 (72)가 전자밸브(40)의 유출구멍(58)에 대하여 거의 직각인 구멍 (68)에 위치하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 앤티 스키드 장치를 구비한 브레이크 장치를 위한 하이드로릭 유닛.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 체크밸브(78)의 밸브 폐쇄체 (86)가 전자밸브의 유출구멍 (58)에 대하여 예각적으로 기울여진 구멍 (80)에 위치하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 앤티 스키드 장치를 구비한 브레이크 장치를 위한 하이드로릭 유닛.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 체크밸브(78)의 밸브 폐쇄체 (86)의 행정이 코킹된 장소(88)에 의해 제한되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 앤티 스키드 장치를 구비한 브레이크 장치를 위한 하이드로릭 유닛.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 전자밸브가 감압·전자 밸브(17)인 것을 특징으로 하는 앤티 스키드 장치를 구비한 브레이크 장치를 위한 하이드로릭 유닛.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 전자밸브가 트랙션 콘트롤 장치를 구비한 브레이크 장치의 흡입·전자 밸브(33)인 것을 특징으로 하는 앤티 스키드 장치를 구비한 브레이크 장치를 위한 하이드로릭 유닛.
