Abstract

본 발명은 극성 관능 그룹을 갖는 다공성 아크릴계 중합체를 포함하는 올레핀 중합 촉매용 캐리어, 전이 금속 화합물과 유기 알루미늄 화합물 및/또는 유기 알루미늄옥시 화합물을 캐리어에 지지시켜 수득한 올레핀 중합용 고체 촉매 성분, 올레핀 중합 촉매 및 이러한 촉매를 사용하여 올레핀 중합체를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따라, 슬러리 중합 또는 기상 중합에 적용될 때 입자 특성이 우수한 올레핀 중합체를 제공할 수 있고 중합 활성이 높은 올레핀 중합 촉매를 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (27)

  1. 극성 관능 그룹을 갖는 다공성 아크릴계 중합체를 포함하는 올레핀 중합 촉매용 캐리어.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 극성 관능 그룹을 갖는 다공성 아크릴계 중합체가, 반경이 100 내지 5,000Å인 미세공극에 대해서는 미세 공극 용적이 0.1ml/g 이상이고 이러한 미세공극 용적은 반경이 35 내지 50,000Å인 미세공극에 대한 미세 공극 용적의 35% 이상인 캐리어.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 다공성 아크릴계 중합체의 평균 입자 크기가 5㎛ 내지 1,000㎛인 캐리어.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 다공성 아크릴계 중합체가 아크릴계 단량체와 2개 이상의 불포화 결합을 갖는 가교결합 중합 가능한 화합물과의 공중합체인 캐리어.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 다공성 아크릴계 중합체가 아크릴로니트릴과 디비닐벤젠과의 공중합체인 캐리어.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 극성 관능 그룹이 유기 알루미늄 화합물 또는 유기 알루미늄옥시 화합물과 화학적 결합을 형성할 수 있는 관능 그룹인 캐리어.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 극성 관능 그룹이 1차 아미노 그룹, 2차 아미노 그룹, 아미노 그룹, 아미드 그룹, 이미드 그룹, 하이드록시 그룹, 포밀 그룹, 카복실 그룹, 설폰 그룹 및 티올 그룹으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 구성원인 캐리어.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 극성 관능 그룹이 1차 아미노 그룹 및/또는 2차 아미노 그룹인 캐리어.
  9. 전이 금속 화합물(A), 유기 알루미늄 화합물 및/또는 유기 알루미늄옥시 화합물(B) 및 극성 관능 그룹을 갖는 다공성 아크릴계 중합체로 구성된 올레핀 중합 촉매용 캐리어(C)를 포함하는, 올레핀 중합용 고체 촉매 성분.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 극성 관능 그룹을 갖는 다공성 아크릴계 중합체가, 반경이 100 내지 5,000Å인 미세 공극에 대해서는 미세 공극 용적이 0.1ml/g 이상이고 이러한 미세 공극 용적은 반경이 35 내지 50,000Å인 미세 공극에 대한 미세 공극 용적의 35% 이상인 고체 촉매 성분.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 다공성 아크릴계 중합체의 평균 입자 크기가 5㎛ 내지 1,000㎛인 고체 촉매 성분.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 다공성 아크릴계 중합체가 아크릴계 단량체와 2개 이상의 불포화 결합을 갖는 가교결합 중합 가능한 화합물과의 공중합체인 고체 촉매 성분.
  13. 제9항에 있어서, 다공성 아크릴계 중합체가 아크릴로니트릴과 디비닐벤젠과의 공중합체인 고체 촉매 성분.
  14. 제9항에 있어서, 극성 관능 그룹이 유기 알루미늄 화합물 또는 유기 알루미늄옥시 화합물과 화학적 결합을 형성할 수 있는 관능 그룹인 고체 촉매 성분.
  15. 제9항에 있어서, 극성 관능 그룹이 1차 아미노 그룹, 2차 아미노 그룹, 아미노 그룹, 아미드 그룹, 이미드 그룹, 하이드록시 그룹, 포밀 그룹, 카복실 그룹, 설폰 그룹 및 티올 그룹으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 구성원인 고체 촉매 성분.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 극성 관능 그룹이 1차 아미노 그룹 및/또는 2차 아미노 그룹인 고체 촉매 성분.
  17. 제9항에 있어서, 전이 금속 화합물이 메탈로센 전이 금속 화합물인 고체 촉매 성분.
  18. 캐리어로서의 극성 관능 그룹을 갖는 다공성 아크릴계 중합체(C)를 전이 금속 화합물(A) 및 유기 알루미늄 화합물 및/또는 유기 알루미늄옥시 화합물과 접촉시켜 수득한 올레핀 중합용 고체 촉매 성분.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 극성 관능 그룹을 갖는 다공성 아크릴계 중합체가, 반경이 100 내지 5,000Å인 미세 공극에 대해서는 미세 공극 용적이 0.1ml/g 이상이고 이러한 미세 공극 용적은 반경이 35 내지 50,000Å인 미세 공극에 대한 미세 공극 용적의 35% 이상인 고체 촉매 성분.
  20. 제18항에 있어서 다공성 아크릴계 중합체의 평균 입자 크기가 5㎛ 내지 1,000㎛인 고체 촉매 성분.
  21. 제18항에 있어서, 다공성 아크릴계 중합체가 아크릴계 단량체와 2개 이상의 불포화 결합을 갖는 가교결합 중합 가능한 화합물과의 공중합체인 고체 촉매 성분.
  22. 제18항에 있어서, 다공성 아크릴계 중합체가 아크릴로니트릴과 디비닐벤젠과의 공중합체인 고체 촉매 성분.
  23. 제18항에 있어서, 극성 관능 그룹이 유기 알루미늄 화합물 또는 유기 알루미늄옥시 화합물과 화학적 결합을 형성할 수 있는 관능 그룹인 고체 촉매 성분.
  24. 제18항에 있어서, 극성 관능 그룹이 1차 아미노 그룹, 2차 아미노 그룹, 아미노 그룹, 아미드 그룹, 이미드 그룹, 하이드록시 그룹, 포밀 그룹, 카복실 그룹, 설폰 그룹 및 티올 그룹으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 구성원인 고체 촉매 성분.
  25. 제24항에 있어서, 극성 관능 그룹이 1차 아미노 그룹 및/또는 2차 아미노 그룹인 고체 촉매 성분.
  26. 제9항에 따르는 올레핀 중합용 고체 촉매 성분과 유기 금속성 화합물 성분으로서의 유기 알루미늄 화합물 및/또는 유기 알루미늄옥시 화합물을 포함하는, 올레핀 중합 촉매.
  27. 올레핀을 제26항에 따르는 올레핀 중합 촉매와 접촉시킴을 포함하는, 올레핀 중합체의 제조방법.
