Abstract

프로브유닛은 판상의 피검사체의 표면에 평행한 제1방향으로 신장하는 가장자리를 가진 지지부재와, 피검사체의 표면에 수직인 제2방향과 제1방향을 교차하는 제3방향으로 신장되고 가장자리상에 배치되는 복수의 니들형 프로브를 포함한다. 복수의 프로브는 적어도 제1그룹과 제2방향으로 간격을 두고 배치된 제2그룹으로 분할된다.

Claims (8)

  1. 평판형의 피검사체의 표면에 평행한 제1방향으로 신장하는 가장자리부를 갖는 지지부재와, 상기 가장자리에 배치되어 제1방향 및 상기 피검사체의 표면에 직각인 제2방향의 양방향으로 교차하는 제3방향으로 신장하는 복수의 니들형 프로브를 포함하며; 상기 복수의 프로브는 상기 제2방향으로 간격을 둔 적어도 제1 및 제2그룹으로 나누어 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로브유닛.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2그룹 사이에 형성된 도전층을 부가로 포함하며, 상기 제2그룹의 프로브는 제1그룹의 프로브보다 상기 피검사체에 가깝게 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로브유닛.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 제2그룹의 프로브보다 피검사체의 가까운 위치에 형성된 제2도전층을 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로브유닛.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1그룹의 프로브에 전기적으로 접속된 복수의 제1리드부를 가지는 하나 이상의 가용성 플랫케이블과, 상기 제2그룹의 프로브에 전기적으로 접속된 복수의 제2리드부를 가지는 배선기판을 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로브유닛.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 배선기판에 정착되고 상기 제2그룹의 복수의 프로브에 전기적으로 접속된 하나이상의 콘덴서를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로브유닛.
  6. 관통구멍을 가지는 판상의 지지베이스와, 프로브가 지지베이스의 한쪽면에서 돌출한 상태로 상기 지지베이스에 배치된 하나 이상의 프로브유닛을 포함하며; 상기 프로브유닛은 평판형상의 피검사체의 표면에 평행한 제1방향으로 신장하는 가장자리를 가진 지지부재와, 피검사체의 표면에 수직인 제2방향과 제1방향에 교차하는 제3방향으로 신장되고 가장자리상에 배치된 복수의 니들형 프로브를 포함하며, 상기 복수의 프로브는 적어도 제1그룹과 제2방향으로 간격을 두고 배열된 제2그룹으로 분할된 것을 특징으로 하는 검사용 헤드.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 프로브유닛이 지지베이스에 병렬적으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 검사용 헤드.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 지지베이스는 테스터에 전기적으로 접속되는 복수의 제1전극과, 가용성 플랫케이블에 의해 제1그룹의 프로브에 전기적으로 접속되는 복수의 제2전극과, 배선기판에 의해 제2그룹의 프로브에 전기적으로 접속되는 복수의 제3전극을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 검사용 헤드.
