Abstract

카메라(Camera)로 촬영되는 화상정보로 설비 및 반송물을 자동판단하여 이송하도록 하는 반도체 제조라인에서의 자동반송장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은, 반송물을 적하 및 하역으로 로봇 아암의 단부에 설치된 카메라로 촬영되는 화상을 인식하여 각 설비의 데이터를 제공하는 위치판독부 및 상기 반송물을 적재하고 제조라인의 설비들로 이동하는 무인반송차가 구비된 반도체 제조라인에서의 자동반송장치에 있어서, 상기 카메라로 촬영되는 상기 반송물의 바코드화상을 바코드로 변환인신하여 데이터를 제공하는 바코드판독부 및 상기 위치판독부 및 상기 바코드판독부에서 제공되는 데이터로 상기 로봇 아암 및 상기 무인반송차를 제어하는 제어부를 구비하여 이루어진다.
따라서 본 발명에 의하여 고가의 바코드리더가 반도체 제조라인에서의 자동반송장치의 구성에서 제외됨으로써 자동반송장치가 제조단가 및 유지비용을 절감시키고, 또한 바코드리더가 필요없게 되어 그 만큼의 공간이 확보되는 효과가 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 반송물을 적하 및 하역으로 로봇 아암의 단부에 설치된 카메라로 촬영되는 화상을 인식하여 각 설비의 데이터를 제공하는 위치판독부 및 상기 반송물을 적재하고 제조라인의 설비들로 이동하는 무인반송차가 구비된 반도체 제조라인에서의 자동반송장치에 있어서, 상기 카메라로 촬영되는 상기 반송물의 바코드화상을 바코드로 변환인식하여 데이터를 제공하는 바코드판독부 및 상기 위치판독부 및 상기 바코드판독부에서 제공되는 데이터로 상기 로봇 아암 및 상기 무인반송차를 제어하는 제어부를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 반도체 제조라인에서의 자동반송장치.
