Abstract

전지용 단자 케이스가 개시된다.
본 발명의 전지용 단자 케이스는 전지의 양극(+)쪽에 씌워지는 외부케이스와, 상기 외부케이스의 내부에 삽입되며 상기 전지의 음극(-)과 접촉되는 음극단자 연용부재와, 상기 음극단자 연용부재의 내부에 삽입되며 상기 전지의 양극과 접촉되는 양극단자 연용부재를 포함한다.
이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 전지의 양극과 음극에 각각 고정 접촉된 양, 음극단자 연용부재에 의해 전지의 단자를 접속시키게 되므로, 다수의 전지를 연결하여 사용하는 팩전지의 제작 시 종래와 같은 용접 접속에 따른 전지의 손상을 방지할 수 있고, 종래 단자 케이스에서와 같은 단자부의 탄성력 약화에 따른 접촉 불량을 방지할 수 있다.

Claims (12)

  1. 전지의 양극(+)쪽에 씌워지는 외부케이스와, 상기 외부케이스의 내부에 삽입되며 상기 전지의 음극(-)과 접촉되는 음극단자 연용부재와, 상기 음극단자 연용부재의 내부에 삽입되며 상기 전지의 양극과 접촉되는 양극단자 연용부재를 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 단자 케이스.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부케이스는 일측이 개방된 원통형의 주몸체부와, 상기 주몸체부와 일체형으로 형성되며 주몸체부보다 상대적으로 직경이 작은 원통형의 보조몸체부로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 단자 케이스.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 주몸체부에는 전지의 음극과 접속될 잭이나 코드의 삽입을 위한 적어도 한 개의 관통공이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 단자 케이스.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 주몸체부의 내주면에는 전지와의 결합을 위한 걸림턱이 내주면을 따라 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 단자 케이스.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 주몸체부에는 몸체 벽면이 내, 외부로의 탄성력을 가지게 하기 위한 소정 폭을 가지는 복수의 절개부가 몸체의 길이 방향을 따라 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 단자 케이스.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 보조몸체부에는 전지의 양극과 접속될 잭이나 코드의 삽입을 위한 관통공이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 단자 케이스.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음극단자 연용부재에는 상기 양극단자 연용부재의 일부분의 관통 삽입을 위한 관통공이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 단자 케이스.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음극단자 연용부재에는 전지의 음극과 접속될 잭이나 코드의 접속을 위한 적어도 한 개의 관통공이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 단자 케이스.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양극단자 연용부재는 몸체의 중심부를 이루는 원반형의 주몸체부와, 상기 주몸체부와 일체형으로 형성되며 전지의 양극과 접속될 잭이나 코드와 직접 접촉되는 원기둥형의 보조몸체부로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 단자 케이스.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 보조몸체부에는 전지의 양극과 접속될 잭이나 코드의 접속을 위한 관통공이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 단자 케이스.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 주몸체부의 밑면에는 전지의 양극과 직접 접촉되는 압축 스프링이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 단자 케이스.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 주몸체부의 상면에는 상기 음극단자 연용부재와의 접촉에 의한 단락을 방지하기 위한 절연성 재질의 링부재가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 단자 케이스.
