Abstract

극판을 소수성 수지 분산액에 도포하는 공정과 상기 도포한 극판을 건조하는 공정을 포함하는 소수성 극판의 제조방법은 전지의 내압을 감소시킬 수 있고, 이에 따라 전지의 수명이 연장될 수 있다. 또한 분산액을 이용한 침적 방식은, 분말을 스프레이 하는 방식보다 작업성이 좋으며, 분진이 비산되지 않아 작업이 수월하여지고, 분산 수용액의 농도 조절에 의해 극판에 코팅되는 불소 수지의 양을 용이하게 조절할 수 있다.

소수성 극판의 제조 방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도의 (가)는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 극판 단판을 불소 수지 수용액에 각각 침적 코팅하여 소수성을 부여하는 공정을 개략적으로 나타낸 설명도, 제1도의 (나)는 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 극판롤을 연속적으로 불소수지 수용액에 침적 코팅하여 소수성을 부여하는 공정을 개략적으로 나타낸 설명도, 제2도의 (가)는 종래의 방법에 따른 불소 수지 수용액을 극판을 이동하면서 스프레이 하여 극판에 소수성을 부여하는 방법을 개략적으로 나타낸 설명도, 제2도의 (나)는 종래의 방법에 따른 불소 수지 수용액을 스프레이 노즐을 이동하면서 스프레이 하여 극판에 소수성을 부여하는 방법을 개략적으로 나타낸 설명도.

Claims (16)

  1. 극판을 소수성 수지 분산액에 도포하는 공정과; 상기 도포한 극판을 건조하는 공정을; 포함하는 소수성 극판의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 수지 분산액은 불소 수지 분산액인 소수성 극판의 제조 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분산액은 3∼10중량%의 불소 수지 수용액인 소수성 극판의 제조 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 불소 수지는 4-불화에틸렌-6-불화프로필렌 및/또는 4-불화에틸렌인 소수성 극판의 제조 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분산액을 도포하는 방법은 상기 극판을 분산액에 침적하는 것인 소수성 극판의 제조 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 침적된 소수성 수지의 잔류량이 0.2x3.0㎎/㎠이 되도록 침전하는 소수성 극판의 제조 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 침적하는 공정은 1초∼5분 동안 실시하는 것인 소수성 극판의 제조 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 건조 공정 후 두께를 균일하게 하기 위하여 캘린더링하는 공정을 더욱 포함하는 소수성 극판의 제조 방법.
  9. 성형물을 소수성 수지 분산액에 도포하는 공정과; 상기 도포한 성형물을 건조하는 공정을; 포함하는 소수성 성형물의 제조 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 수지 분산액은 불소 수지 분산액인 소수성 성형물의 제조 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 분산액은 3∼10중량%의 불소 수지 수용액인 소수성 성형물의 제조 방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 불소 수지는 4-불화에틸렌-6-불화프로필렌 및/또는 4-불화에틸렌인 소수성 성형물의 제조 방법.
  13. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 분산액을 도포하는 방법은 상기 극판을 분산액에 침적하는 것인 소수성 성형물의 제조 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 침적된 소수성 수지의 잔류량이 0.2x3.0㎎/㎠이 되도록 침전하는 소수성 성형물의 제조 방법.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 침적하는 공정은 1초∼5분 동안 실시하는 것인 소수성 성형물의 제조 방법.
  16. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 건조 공정 후 두께를 균일하게 하기 위하여 캘린더링하는 공정을 더욱 포함하는 소수성 성형물의 제조 방법.
