Abstract

Les comprimés comprennent: au moins 59,5% de mannitol séché par atomisation; l'ingrédient actif inférieur ou égal à 10%, oé au moins 90% en poids de l'ingrédient actif a une dimension particulaire de moins de 100 Ám; de la cellulose microcristalline 10-18%, ayant une dimension particulaire moyenne de 50 Ám et oé au moins 99% en poids de la cellulose microcristalline ont une dimension particulaire au-dessous de 250 Ám; de la croscarmellose de sodium 1-4%; et un agent lubrifiant 0,5-2%; oé, sauf indication contraire, les pourcentages sont exprimés en poids du poids total du comprimé. Et aussi un processus comprenant: le tamisage et le mélange des composants à l'exception de l'agent lubrifiant; le mélange de tous les composants; et la compression directe du mélange final. Les comprimés de l'invention diminuent les temps de désagrégation, donnent une bonne perception sur la langue après la désagrégation, et surmontent le problème de la résistance mécanique insuffisante pour les opérations d'emballage et de transport.
