Abstract
L'invention concerne un nouveau matériau rigidifiant thermoplastique s'utilisant dans la fabrication de chaussures et de parties de chaussures, ainsi qu'un procédé écophile permettant de le produire. Ledit matériau se présente sous forme de composite à base de colle thermofusible/de charge et se caractérise en ce qu'il comprend une ou plusieurs colles thermofusibles et dune ou de plusieurs charges, dans des quantités comprises entre 50 et 15 % en poids, ne se dissolvant pas dans la colle thermofusible. Le composite à base de colle thermofusible/ de charge satisfait simultanément aux paramètres suivants : 1. valeur MVR comprise entre 2 et 6, de préférence entre 3 et 5 cm3/10 mn ; 2. adhésivité superficielle/adhésivité, mesurées selon DIN EN 14610 à 65 o.C, d'au moins 10 n/2 cm, de préférence 15 N/2 cm, en particulier 20 N/2 cm ; 3. valeur adhérence/résistance pelabilité vis-à-vis tige et doublure, d'au moins 30 N/5 cm, mesurées selon DIN 53357 ; 4. extension en longueur de 25 % au maximum, de préférence inférieure à 20 %, mesurée à des températures de l'ordre de 90 o.C.
