Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé amélioré pour l'épuration du jus brut extrait de la betterave sucrière, en particulier pour la réduction de la consommation de lait de chaux lors de l'épuration du jus brut de betterave sucrière, un procédé pour la production d'un concentré non-sucre nutritif à partir du jus brut de betterave sucrière, le concentré de substances non-sucre ainsi produit, les utilisations du concentré de substances non-sucre, ainsi qu'un dispositif pour le préchaulage du jus brut de betterave sucrière et/ou pour la récupération du concentré de substances non-sucre.
