Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant le criblage d'une population de plantes ou de parties de plantes afin d'identifier les individus présentant une décoloration réduite par comparaison aux plantes ou parties de plantes témoins, ce procédé consistant à utiliser une population de plantes ou des parties de plantes de cette population, à créer éventuellement une blessure sur une surface des plantes ou des parties de plantes, à incuber la plante ou les parties de plantes ou les surfaces blessées créées sur celles-ci afin de faire apparaître une décoloration dans ou sur celles-ci, à comparer la décoloration observée à la décoloration observée dans la plante ou partie de plante témoin afin d'identifier les plantes ou parties de plantes ne présentant pas de décoloration ou présentant une décoloration réduite en comparaison de la plante ou partie de plante témoin. La décoloration recherchée est la décoloration produite par une blessure.
