Abstract
L'invention concerne des composés organiques qui présentent des propriétés pharmaceutiques intéressantes. En particulier, les composés sont utiles dans le traitement et/ou la prévention d'infections telles que celles causées par plasmodium falciparum, plasmodium vivax, plasmodium malariae, plasmodium ovale, trypanosoma cruzi et des parasites du genre leishmania tels que, par exemple, leishmania donovani. L'invention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant les composés, ainsi que des procédés pour leur préparation.
