Abstract
La présente invention concerne un composé de formule (I) suivante : ou un sel ou un solvate pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci, ou un tautomère de celui-ci, ou un stéréoisomère ou un mélange de stéréoisomères de celui-ci dans des proportions quelconques, tel qu'un mélange d'énantiomères, en particulier un mélange racémique ; ainsi que l'utilisation de celui-ci comme médicament, destiné en particulier à traiter le cancer, une inflammation et des maladies neurodégénératives telles que la maladie d'Alzheimer. L'invention concerne en outre l'utilisation de celui-ci comme inhibiteur de kinases ; des compositions pharmaceutiques le comprenant ; et des procédés de préparation de celui-ci.
