Abstract
La présente invention concerne l'utilisation d'un composé inhibiteur de la mek de formule (i), telle que définie ici, ou d'un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci dans la préparation d'un médicament destiné à traiter un syndrome de noonan. L'invention concerne également un procédé de traitement d'un animal à sang chaud, et plus particulièrement un humain, atteint du syndrome de noonan, comprenant l'administration au dit animal d'une quantité thérapeutiquement efficace d'un composé inhibiteur de la mek de formule (i), telle que définie ici, ou d'un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci. L'invention concerne en outre une composition pharmaceutique et un conditionnement commercial comprenant un composé de formule (i) ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci, et une notice d'information ou autre étiquetage comprenant le mode d'emploi pour traiter le syndrome de noonan.
