Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour la préparation d'intermédiaires synthétiques qui peuvent être utilisés dans la préparation de dérivés de la tétrahydroquinoléine, lesquels dérivés ont une activité inhibitrice à l'encontre de la protéine de transfert de cholestéryle (cetp), présentent des effets d'augmentation du taux de cholestérol hdl et de diminution du taux de cholestérol ldl, et peuvent être utilisés pour le traitement et/ou la prévention de maladies telles que des maladies artérioscléro
