Abstract

L'invention concerne un matériau de revêtement pour la production d'une couche barrière sur des substrats plastiques comprenant un composant liant à fonction hydroxyle et un composant durcisseur contenant un isocyanate, le composant liant comprenant des dispersions aqueuses de polymères contenant des éthers de polyphénylène ou des copolymères d'éthylène et de vinyl éthers fluorés, des corps creux en verre et des charges inorganiques et / ou des pigments. Le matériau de revêtement peut être utilisé dans des systèmes de revêtement pour apprêter des substrats en plastique, en particulier des composants intérieurs en matériaux thermoplastiques ou composites à fibres plastiques. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de production d'un revêtement contenant une barrière.
