Claims (21)
1. Материал покрытия для получения барьерного слоя на основах из полимерных материалов, содержащий гидроксифункциональный связующий компонент и изоцианатсодержащий отверждающий компонент, отличающийся тем, что связующий компонент содержит:
- водные полимерные дисперсии, содержащие полифениленовые эфиры или сополимеры фторированного этилена и виниловых эфиров,
- полые стеклянные тела, а также
- неорганические наполнители и/или неорганические пигменты.
2. Материал покрытия по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что связующий компонент имеет объемную концентрацию пигментов, лежащую в диапазоне от 40 об. % до 80 об. %, предпочтительно - от 50 об. % до 70 об. %, особо предпочтительно - от 55 об. % до 65 об. %.
3. Материал покрытия по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что связующий компонент содержит полимерную дисперсию в количествах, лежащих в диапазоне от 10 масс. % до 40 масс. %, предпочтительно - от 15 масс. % до 35 масс. %, особо предпочтительно - от 20 масс. % до 30 масс. %, в пересчете на общую массу связующего компонента.
4. Материал покрытия по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что полимерная дисперсия содержит сополимеры фторированного этилена и виниловых эфиров.
5. Материал покрытия по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что связующий компонент содержит от 10 об. % до 30 об. %, предпочтительно - от 15 об. % до 25 об. %, особо предпочтительно - от 16 об. % до 20 об. % полых стеклянных тел, в пересчете на общий объем связующего компонента.
6. Материал покрытия по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что связующий компонент содержит от 5 масс. % до 40 масс. неорганических наполнителей и/или неорганических пигментов, в пересчете на общую массу связующего компонента.
7. Материал покрытия по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что наполнители выбраны из группы, содержащей осажденный карбонат кальция, барит, бланфикс, тальк, пирофиллит, хлорит, роговую обманку и слюду.
8. Материал покрытия по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что пигменты выбраны из группы, содержащей диоксид титана, сульфид цинка, литопон, оксид цинка, оксид сурьмы, железоокисный желтый, никель-титановый желтый, молибдат оранжевый, железоокисный красный, оксид меди, молибдат красный, ультрамарин красный, смешаннофазный красный, минеральный фиолетовый, марганец фиолетовый, ультрамарин фиолетовый, берлинская лазурь, ультрамарин синий, кобальт синий, оксид хрома зеленый, оксида хрома гидрат зеленый, ультрамарин зеленый, смешаннофазные зеленые пигменты, железоокисный коричневый, смешаннофазный коричневый, железоокисный черный, сульфид сурьмы, графит, газовую сажу, термическую сажу, печную сажу, пламенную сажу и ацетиленовую сажу.
9. Материал покрытия по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что связующий компонент дополнительно содержит огнезащитное средство, причем огнезащитное средство выбрано из группы, содержащей гидроксиды, гидраты оксидов и фосфаты Mg, Са, Sr, Ва, Zn и Al, полифосфаты аммония, бораты, оксиды сурьмы в комбинации с галогенсодержащими органическими огнезащитными средствами, красный фосфор, боракс и расширяющийся графит.
10. Материал покрытия по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что отверждающий компонент содержит полиизоцианаты, выбранные из группы, содержащей дифенилметандиизоцианат (MDI), а также олигомеры или полимеры на основе толуилендиизоцианата (TDI), дифенилметандиизоцианата (MDI), гексаметилендиизоцианата (HDI), изофорондиизоцианата (IPDI), 4,4'-диизоцианатдициклогексилметана (HMDI), м-ксилилендиизоцианата (XDI), 1,6-диизоцианатотриметилгексана (TMDI) или тетраметилксилилендиизоцианата (TMXDI) и их смеси.
11. Материал покрытия по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что материал покрытия содержит связующий компонент и отверждающий компонент при молярном отношении ОН-групп связующего компонента к NCO-группам отверждающего компонента, лежащем в диапазоне от 1:0,8 до 1:2,6.
12. Применение материала покрытия по любому из пп. 1-11 в системе покрытий для грунтования поверхностей основ из полимерных материалов или основ из полимерных композиционных материалов на волокнистой основе.
13. Способ получения системы покрытий на конструкционном элементе, изготовленном из полимерных материалов или полимерных композиционных материалов на волокнистой основе, включающий стадии
a. подготовки поверхности,
b. нанесения и отверждения материала покрытия по любому из пп. 1-11, и
c. лакирования.
14. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что материал покрытия на стадии b наносят способом электростатического нанесения или способом пневматического распыления потоком сжатого воздуха.
15. Интерьерный конструкционный элемент из полимерного материала или полимерного композиционного материала на волокнистой основе, содержащий по меньшей мере одно покрытие, изготовленное из материала покрытия по любому из пп. 1-11.
