Abstract
La présente invention concerne des anticorps monoclonaux, ou des fragments de liaison à l'antigène de ceux-ci, qui se lient aux glycoprotéines du virus Ebola, des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant les anticorps et des procédés d'utilisation. Les anticorps de l'invention peuvent servir à inhiber ou neutraliser l'activité du virus Ebola, offrant ainsi un moyen de traitement ou de prévention d'une infection par le virus Ebola chez l'homme. Dans certains modes de réalisation, l'invention concerne l'utilisation d'un ou de plusieurs anticorps qui se lient au virus Ebola pour empêcher la fixation virale et/ou l'entrée dans des cellules hôtes. Les anticorps de l'invention peuvent être utilisés de manière prophylactique ou thérapeutique et peuvent être utilisés seuls ou en combinaison avec un ou plusieurs autres vaccins ou agents antiviraux.
