Abstract

La présente invention concerne des nanosphères qui comprennent une matrice polymère et des molécules de liaison à l'antigène estérase incorporées de manière amovible dans celle-ci et qui sont recouvertes de molécules de ciblage qui augmentent l'absorption cellulaire des nanosphères. La matrice polymère est formée de poly (alkyl cyanoacrylates) et / ou de leurs dérivés alcoxy. L'invention concerne en outre des procédés de préparation et des compositions comprenant de telles nanosphères.
