Abstract
L'invention concerne des éléments de tuyau qui comportent des rainures circonférentielles. Les rainures ont une première surface latérale contiguë à une première surface de plancher. La première surface latérale et la première surface de plancher sous-tendent ensemble un premier arc de cercle de 90° lorsqu'elles sont observées en coupe transversale. Les rainures ont également une deuxième surface latérale contiguë à une deuxième surface de plancher. La deuxième surface latérale est espacée de la première surface latérale et en regard de celle-ci. La deuxième surface latérale et la deuxième surface de plancher sous-tendent ensemble un deuxième arc de cercle de 90° lorsqu'elles sont observées en coupe transversale. Une troisième surface de plancher est contiguë à la fois aux première et deuxième surfaces de plancher et est une surface plate. Un élément d'accouplement utilisé pour raccorder les éléments de tuyau comporte des saillies arquées qui viennent en prise avec les rainures des éléments de tuyau. Les saillies arquées ont une coupe transversale semi-circulaire. Des rainures en relief sont positionnées adjacentes à chaque saillie arquée.
