Abstract
La présente invention concerne une molécule polypeptidique bispécifique comprenant une première chaîne polypeptidique et une seconde chaîne polypeptidique fournissant une région de liaison dérivée d'un récepteur de cellule t (tcr) spécifique d'un épitope peptidique associé au complexe majeur d'histocompatibilité (cmh), et un épitope de liaison région dérivée d'un anticorps capable de recruter des cellules effectrices immunitaires humaines en se liant spécifiquement à un antigène de surface desdites cellules, ainsi que des procédés de fabrication de la molécule polypeptidique bispécifique, et leurs utilisations.
