Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de coulée par compression de roue en alliage d'aluminium et un dispositif de coulée par compression de roue en alliage d'aluminium. L'aluminium fondu est injecté dans une cavité de moule par le bas en adoptant un tuyau en forme de u, de sorte que le remplissage est stable et que le problème de qualité du défaut de pore d'une jante moulée compressée soit résolu ; l'effet de compression et de déformation de la jante est renforcé à l'aide d'une bague de verrouillage du moule ; et grâce à un processus de pressurisation secondaire pour le centre de la roue en aluminium, l'espacement dendritique interne de la coulée de la roue en aluminium est réduit, la limite d'élasticité et l'allongement des propriétés mécaniques du matériau de la coulée sont améliorés, et une base technique nécessaire est fournie pour une réduction globale du poids de la roue en aluminium.
