Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé amélioré pour la synthèse d'un cycle pipérazine, en particulier pour la préparation de composés hétérocycliques utiles en tant qu'intermédiaires dans la synthèse de pyrazinocarbazoles tels que le pirlindole antidépresseur. Le procédé de l'invention est utile pour préparer des énantiomères de pirlindole, ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ceux-ci.
