Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition à dose unique constituée de mannitol à raison de 50 à 200 grammes, ledit mannitol se présente sous forme de poudre, ladite poudre a une masse volumique apparente comprise entre 0,40 g/ml et 0,65 g/ml et comprend des particules de poudre, un pourcentage compris entre 90 % et 100 % en poids des particules de poudre ayant une distribution de taille de particule comprise entre 1 pm et 500 pm. La présente invention concerne également un récipient, de préférence un récipient à dose unique, un kit comprenant une composition à dose unique et un procédé d'utilisation d'un kit comprenant une composition à dose unique.
